It was great They were much faster than the other IT guys

Bought a printer and paper for my construction company. Gave CC info on Wednesday and was supposed to receive invoice on Thursday, and tracking info fo printer on Friday, and delivery to office on Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday still no info so I called in, printer was supposedly delivered to warehouse in seattle not my office. I picked it up in seattle (rather than wait and additional day or 2). No paper with printer. This was not delivered til Thursday night. The paper I paid for and was delivered was 500 ft roll... machine cancelled printing etc due to roll size. Called in yet again to P.O.A. and spoke with manager brittany. She apologized and said this was not normal..5 miscues on their end. I needed additional ink and paper she informed me that the supply person was not in that day and would call me the next day. 3 days later no call, I guess if you are just a small but growing business they do not care, since you are not spending enough. Save yourself time and headaches find another place to do business.
