This place did a GREAT job on my jacket for my wedding. They measured my sleeves to see how much to take off and even kept the buttons on the cuff! I didnt think those would be able to stay, but they made it work. If you need any alterations, I highly recommend!

The best dry cleaner around! I’ve been going to them for years and I recommend them to all my friends. Reasonable prices, fast turnarounds and their staff is the best. I once brought in a blazer and apparently, one seam at the shoulder was coming off a bit, so they fixed it while they were at it for free! Couldn’t recommend them enough. And as some other people mentioned already - don’t worry about them not giving you a receipt. I once forgot to pick up my clothes for several weeks and as I got back in, he immediately knew which clothes were mine. Also, in the beginning I always counted the items I dropped off the make sure nothing is being left behind, but I realized after a few times that I can absolutely trust them. To sum it up: just give them a try! You will absolutely love them and come back!

I brought my husbands wedding tux in today. They seemed to get good reviews so I thought Id try them out. We have two cats and the tux was mildly covered in cat hair. They told me theyd charge me $20 ($5 per article of clothing) additional just to lint roll it. I told them I could buy 10 lint rollers in bulk from Costco and do it myself for less than their outrageous fee. I will not be going back.

This is the easily the best cleaners in the area. I have been going there for nearly 3 years now and I have never been disappointed. Ive had pants and shirts tailored in addition to the routine dry cleaning. The business owners are nothing short of professional. I highly recommend this place.

I dropped off a couple years worth of items that had built up. A waterproof jacket that needed repair. Nice jeans that tore in hard to stitch spots, three piece suits and all. They had it all done exactly how I imagined it. I am picky about my dry cleaning and they are to be trusted. It was fast service and they earned my business. The price is so low for the best work in tacoma, hands down. I had to leave a large tip just to show my gratitude. Mr. Nam remembered who i was by walking in the door. He was so kind he even walked some of my garments out to my vehicle with me and hung them gently in the vehicle. Truly a local business worth supporting.

I brought my and my wife’s wedding dresses to get cleaned here and so glad I did! They did a great job (even got a red wine stain off of my wife’s dress) and all for a very reasonable price. Owners have great customer service and are very hospitable. They will accommodate rushes when possible. One of few places that will alter pants keeping the original hem. They carry your items to the car for you if they arent too busy.

I bought a used wedding dress, so I decided to have it cleaned because there was a small spot on the thigh area that looked barely stained, like tinted. Because it was so unnoticeable, I told them it wasnt a big deal if it didnt come out, but I thought I might as well try. When I brought it in, the man kept saying that it looked like it was brand new, and I didnt see a any marks other than the one on the thigh. Well I picked it up today, and now there are the spots on the chest. I would have noticed those before if they had been there when I bought it. The man definitely would not have said it looked brand-new if it had such obvious spots on it when I brought it in. $50 later and now my dress is actually dirty. He said he would clean it and press it again for 50% off, but I dont trust them with my dress after this.

My first experience- at first I was a bit nervous after dropping off my clothes, since I am used to receiving a ticket after dropping off clothes, but the moment I walked in to pick them up, the man immediately remembered me and knew exactly where my items were.All of my clothes look and feel very clean. They got out all of the yellowing on the collar of my husband’s white dress shirt and removed some stains in my silk romper that I had forgotten to mention.The pricing was great in my opinion- I brought in 3 men’s dress shirts, two rompers, and a women’s silk shirt (6 items total) and it cost about $50.Both the husband and wife are very nice and hard working, they are quiet (not sure how much English they speak), but you can tell from their body language and facial responses that they are good people and are very kind. The husband even brought out my dry cleaning to the car to make sure it would be hung properly!Would definitely go back to get my dry cleaning done there again.Edit:WOW. I just realized they also stitched up part of my sleeve that was ripping, without being asked to do it. I would give them 10 stars if I could

Pants hemmed, suit dry cleaned, and curtains hemmed for extremely reasonable prices. Their work was excellent and Ill definitely be a repeat customer.

A little pricey but its close to home and have always taken care of my garments.
