This firm is the best there is for customer service, professionalism, the genuine help and knowledge of personal and business taxes. Dont go here. Saying they are inept would be a huge understatement. I brought my taxes in late and was told if i didnt get them filed by a certain date I would be paying larger fines. They waited three weeks (until after the supposed second late date) to start working on my taxes. When I told them I was frusterated by this the manager told me Well you were late to begin with, we have hundreds of people like you and i was mistaken your not subject to that second late penalty anyway

Years of experience, Id trust them for my taxes any day!
