I was previously involved with them on a different deal that was cancelled!! Now they are trying to collect on my other deal even though I’ve never signed any contracts with them. And the best part is: I NEVER HIRED THEM AS MY BROKERS!!! I only responded to a listing asking for the owners information. Never spoke to them after that. These guys ppl are trying to make me pay them 10% on top of my franchise purchase even though they have nothing to do with this deal. Different owner, different location, never hired them to represent me, never even met them! Do yourself a favor- USE SOMEONE ELSE!
