Applied for administrative work. Kristina lied to me, said they would get me that type of work. An hour later, Jeff calls, tells me more lies about a warehouse position. I agree to try the job, go in, except it is not warehouse work, it is a delivery driver job. Then the lead at the company tells me not to take breaks or lunch, and just tack time on at the end of the day. On top of that they expected me to do 2 or 3 hours of overtime on a daily basis. Absolutely pathetic, I will never pursue work through this company again.

I submitted my onboarding paperwork two months ago and havent heard from anyone. I left several voicemails with no return phone calls. The voicemail box is now full and unable to leave another message. I feel like this should be reported to the better business bureau.

I want to start off by saying that I went with a job outside of Opti Staffing Group. That being said, the service was so great, I am still leaving them a review. I was having a hard time with applying to jobs after a year long medical condition from the military. I would wait weeks only to receive rejection letters or emails from potential employers. I never got a real chance to work with them. I’ve tried twice and both times has made me wonder if I really want to. The first time, no one got back to me about my interest in working with them, so I just shrugged it off and moved on. It’s been about a year and today someone contacts on Indeed. The message they left said to call if interested, so I did.Now, that person seemed to be quite helpful and nice. However, he doesn’t handle the kind of work I’m interested in, so he transferred to coworker who does, the person who I was transferred to hung up on me. He picked up the phone said “nah” and hung up. I thought he was probably talking to someone else while the call was being transferred and pressed the wrong button, so I gave it a few minutes, thinking maybe they would call be back, but they didn’t, so I called them back.The receptionist who picked up the phone sounded like she really didn’t want to, but still she transferred me to the person I was looking for and he was helpful, once I got to talk to him, but it seemed like he really didn’t want to talk. I’m thinking to myself maybe they’re not having a good day, and then I realize it about ten minutes to closing, and I understand they want to end the day but it’s case my take my call in the first place?By the time the call was through it hadn’t even quite reached closing yet, and it probably would have been faster had I not had to call back, so why act like that just because it was so closing? I understand everyone wants to end the day, but everyone was still on the clock at that time. It just makes me feel kind of unimportant and tells me they don’t really care. It makes me question their priorities and professionalism

Today they decided to just completely drop the ball and screw everyone on their horrible pay card out of wages until god knows when. They offer no direct deposit and I got tired of going 20 miles out of my way every Friday to pick up a paper check so I mistakenly signed up.I absolutely cannot and will not recommend a temp agency that even finds it mildly acceptable for me to wake up without even a confirmation that my check will be here today, and I’m even more frustrated that they’re telling me it’s “a finance department” issue and that I need to be patient.I don’t care if this is resolved in the next 20 minutes and this job I’m at ends up hiring me with a big raise, you can’t screw with people’s money. Disgusting. How can you have a receptionist who’s answer to “so I could just not see my wages today” be “sorry but you’re not the only one?”

I was previously an Operations Manager when I went into Opti Staffing in Tacoma. Not knowing where I was headed, I was pretty nervous. They call themselfs a high end staffing agency, but with that they mean for the employers they send there temps to. Although when it comes to helping the person seeking employment they are slow and have a one strike policy. Ive been with smaller more caring staffing agencies that are faster at getting back to you, and actually return your voice messages. Opti just care about the money someone will make them on the feild. No hard feeling just putting it out there.

This is by far the best staffing company I have ever worked with. I met with Kendra and Jes, and between the two of them, I was hired and informed of the status along the way. After my interview, I called them and told them how it went. They then spoke with the client and then called me back to let me know how the client felt about me and where we were in the process. This is a great company, and they are local! When I was looking for a new job, I gave them a call and they met with me right away to learn more about me and what kind of job I was looking for. I was interviewing with great companies immediately. I got my current job through them and I love it!!!. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a job or to companies that are searching for new employees.

She even reached out to me when there were different jobs available that she thought might be a good fit but a little bit outside my knowledge, but the job was willing to train and it worked out fabulous!! I have worked with several staffing agencies, but I must say, this one is prompt and very helpful. I am new to Washington and had trouble for a while finding work. I worried that I would have to move back to Texas, but Opti came through with a two week job that I hope will be extended, and there is a possibility of that happening. Cindy is great a responding right off the bat! So glad I am with them!

Ive loved my experience with Optistaffing. When I came in for my interview I was promptly greeted by Hitzel and Jasmine, and then I hardly had to wait to meet with Kendra, the manager as well. Everyone was super nice and welcoming.

I have worked with many other agencies in the past, but opti has been the best! I was originally placed at a temp job on the 4th floor of the same building and once it was over the immediately placed me at a permanent job. Jamal and Jeff were both great.

I had high hopes of working with this agency to find employment. However my experience with them has not been good at all. First, it took me reaching out several times before someone would even get back with me. After some time of trying to speak to someone directly, I was called in for an interview and taken on as an associate. I have not directly spoken with anyone from that office since then, and despite my efforts to check in and inquire about open positions, they seem less than interested in actually doing what they are supposed to as a staffing agency and helping me to find employment. The entire process with them seemed very unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. If I wasnt a right fit for the agency, considering my education and skill set, they should have said that at the beginning. I was very disappointed but have since found employment on my own anyway.

Omg. I have been working with Opti for a while. They work hard and diligently to find the right fit. They are personable, follow thru, and genuinely care about their clients - and their customers. I lucked out and had this last go around and got to work with Casey Grant, Branch Manager. I couldnt have been luckier. The guy is awesome. Thank you Casey, and thank Opti Staffing for being there. I am very proud to work for Opti staffing. Colodious my recruiter has a very upbeat personality and always willing to help along Jes who also is a very friendly upbeat person. If i ever need help or advice when it comes to my assignments I can call them and receivea callback with in that day if I get voicemail. I would highly recommend Opti staffing to friends and family as well as the current person looking for work.

Opti changes staff and managers very often. If they cant even keep regular staff how can they expect to keep people trained and informed on their team. I got negligent training and then was told I wasnt a good fit. Your right, it wasnt. I was treated like I wasnt competent when all I needed was accurate training. However, I was told how I was supposed to have done something after the fact with the attitude that I was to know the info already. The staff was rude.The front desk person was more interested in drinking and planning it in front of clients than looking up from her desk and giving better customer service. This is just a small window to their incompetence from recruiters, managers, and regional sales manager.
