The scheduling team was quick and responsive to my schedule. The tech communicated arrival time accurately, and was on time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and careful. Fortunately there was no remaining moisture after cleaning up and running fans. A happy resolution!

Mayra Santibanez is 10 out of 10. Hard worker as was all the team. Our only complaint is, they stacked some boxes on top of tables and furniture chests. Always a chance for scratches when that is done. Also, our name was mispelled on some of the boxes. Other than that, service was great.

My living room was a disaster from flooding the carpet. Service Master staff were kind and helpful from the start on the phone. When men arrived to deal with the mess, they came on time, spoke professionally, got to their job quickly, answered questions giving me no doubt they knew all about this. Having Service master take care of this horrible disaster relieved much of my worry that my house would be dry and ok when they were done.

We had to have them come out two times to do water clean up in our kitchen that was sent by our insurance. First time they only removed the flooring of our kitchen and left the water damaged cabinets. Second time they came out they only came out because our contractor found mold on the walls behind the cabinets, so they had to come back and take care of that. Now we are in the process of going through insurance again because service master constantly kept saying they were going to look in the crawl space, but never did it!!! Now we have water build up in our ducts under the kitchen that has been sitting there for months because they failed to do there job the first time they came out. So now we are scared for round three. 😡

Initially I had a great experience with the company, they came in quickly to do an inspection and place a fan. Once the fan was placed it was radio silence for a couple days. I tried to reach out to them and could not get any answers. They also tried to bill me for services on top of what is standard that my homeowners insurance would pay. Once the job was completed they expected an immediate signature for payment. Apparently I did not hit one of the two save buttons and got a call basically saying, Get this done NOW or we are billing you. I find it FUNNY that they wanted my immediate response but they didnt call back for days and all the while left their equipment here which Im sure they billed my insurance for. The men that did that work were great but the office person was less than stellar.

From the minute they arrived, the Service Master team displayed exemplary service!Without exception, every member was understanding, compassionate, and helpful.Michelle, the project leader, was quick to reassure me that she understood my apprehension and fears and would treat my belongings as if they were their own. She also took the time to explain the process to me and listen to my questions. She provided valuable advice and reassurance when I was feeling overwhelmed.The care the entire team took in wrapping each item, packing and labeling each box was nothing short of amazing. They were careful to protect even the most delicate of items. My husband and I had a good laugh when he carefully unwrapped several layers of packing paper that had been nestled in a bed of padding and discovered a large dinosaur rock my granddaughter had painted for her younger cousin. Now that is compassion and great service!Thanks to the entire ServiceMaster team! You ARE ambassadors of customer service!!!

When my dishwasher dumped its load of water on my wood floor, it was horrible. Service Master was great to work with, they responded quickly and got the dryers set up to help mitigate the damage. Kept me up to date on the process and the following steps.I also take professional training classes through them, always come away with valuable, usable information.

ServiceMaster was hired by our insurance company after a house fire. They were very responsive, showed up right away, and took great care packing our remaining belongs. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The communication throughout the process was frequent and reliable. The workers were very respectful when they returned our belongings to our home. Everything was packed with great care. They attended to our requests and questions as if we were their only customer.

Day 1 - My insurance contracted this company for water mitigation at my house. They told me they would arrive between 6pm-8pm. It wasnt till 945pm until they showed up. Two people showed up at the house and took their time looking over the damage. One of the two employees went back to their van and went to sleep. The second couldnt measure the room correctly like he was new. Nobody went under the house after I indicated multiple times that water was under the house too and vents were soaked. This guy simply put a dehumidifier up and left (after spending 2.5hrs doing nothing except measuring a small kitchen area). During this point I indicated that they need to ensure no nails can be left on the floor due to my pets and my 14-month old son. He gave me a big lecture on how they always clean up 100% and never leave nails on the floor... (After leaving a piece of trim with multiple nails sticking out himself)Day 2 The following day people came out to demo the floor and get it dried out. These people showed up 3 hrs later than I was told they were going to be here. These individuals were friendly and worked fairly fast. After tearing the floor up and disinfecting the floor they left not informing us on what else was going to happen. The major downside on this date was the unnecessary cutting into ventilation under the house causing more vents needing to be replaced. They could have easily been removed properly and put back in place if no water was found.Day 3- The following day a new person showed up unannounced and demanded to enter the house to inspect the equipment and measure the water levels in the floor. I was literally leaving the house when he showed up and told him he had 5-10min max as we were already late. He was extremely rude and said he would need at least twenty and demanded we allow him in. I told him to come back the following day after 3pm.Day 4 -The next tech called and informed me he was 45min out. He showed up when he said he was and took 10min to do what he had to do. He then simply said the floor should be good the next day.Day 5-. Another tech showed up and informed me that water mitigation was completed and cleaned up. After giving him instructions again that nails need to be cleaned he still left over a dozen nails on the floor.This has been by far the worse customer service, quality of service and experience Ive ever had with a company. If your insurance recommends them or calls them, request your insurance to use a different company as these guys are completely dishonest, late, overly destructive, and lazy. You wont get the same technician when they come out and definitely can tell the employees hate their job and atmosphere of the toxic company.

They did arrange all work including removal of all water damage area and drying walls and carpets and arrange moving company and storage for our stuffs. Servicemaster did all jobs in a timely manor, i am very happy with them.

Our dog had hurt himself and we were on the way home from the vets when unfortunately he ended up having a FULL accident all over the back seats of our new car. After taking the vehicle to an auto detail shop it still had a heavy urine odor. We decided to have ServiceMaster of Tacoma take a look at it. ServiceMaster removed the seats, took the seats completely apart, cleaned and deodorized the padding and covers. Problem solved, no more smell. Thank you Jerry, Steven and the entire ServiceMaster of Tacoma team!

As an Insurance agency, we have recommended Service Master many times to our clients. The feedback we received led us to call them when we had a water damage situation in our office. The crew arrived within hours of us calling with the proper equipment needed to take care of the damage. They explained what they would be doing and got to work with huge fans and dehumidifiers. They were in and out of our office for several days to make sure all the water was extracted. We were very impressed with the entire operation including their billing department. Another business was responsible for the water damage; Service master was very patient getting the payment. This experience absolutely reinforced sending our customers to Service Master.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Jonathan with Service Master came out to my home for mitigation services after some significant water damage. While at first he seemed professional, he did not complete the work. Two months after he had completed the mitigation in my house our contractors started construction and found over 60% moisture in almost every area that was affected my water damage and that mold had started to grow in the insulation and was airborne in my home. Jonathan then came back out and bold face lied to me, my fiancé and our contractors saying that our insurance told him not to completely dry out the house originally. Upon talking to our insurance we discovered that they had no record of that and that Jonathan was lying to us. THEN Jonathan went and told our insurance that it was all pre existing damage which started a ton of drama.I am DISGUSTED with what service master has done in my home. They have been completely negligent and put my familys health at risk by letting mold grow like this. Terrible, awful service!

Terrible service. Ive called 9 times and left 5 voicemails to get remediation in my home, but they have not followed up or called back. Even the service clerk did nothing to help. She said oh Im sorry to hear that and then rerouted me to the same person that has not answered or returned their call. The one time he did answer we were going to set up an appointment. He had to check in with the remediation team to schedule and said he would get back by the end of the next day. Well a week has passed Ive left additional messages and still no response. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
