The women there gave me one of the best haircuts of my life. She did a great job and did it so fast that I thought she was going to was my hair when she told me to get up. They were super kind my experience 5 stars!

Such a terrible place. I paid $26 for hair cut and wash. They will charge you $ 23 for basic hair cut, but if you want to blow your hair and wash your hair then be ready to pay $45 . They were effortless in the style that I wanted for my hair. (They didn’t even dry my hair before I left because I didn’t pay $45 dollars in order to dry my hair).

Was able to get in with out an appointment. Tried 3 other places had to have app. Uggghhh.$23.00 bucks for 2 inches off. Today I went back to supercuts and had them fix my hair cut that I got at Lincoln beauty school (I will never go back there) they did a great job on my hair. Will always go back to them.

I went in for a simple haircut for my 4yr old son. Not yhe usual place i take him but school was coming and i was trying to get him a nice cut. Sadly they cant cut hair. They did a good job making it look like it was good before leaving and then i noticed something was off. It just didnt look as good as his normal place did. Then noticed some of his babgs were brushed back to the side and well his hair is uneven the sides arent as short as they should be . i am surprised because my son sat still for them. Now i dont know what to do cause i dare not fix it myself and i do not want to take him anywhere but his usual place thanks to the mishap here. And his usual place is booked a month out already due to school. And even if i get in sooner how do i tell a 4 yr old that he got a bad hair cut and thats why we have to go in again.

I came in unsure of what I wanted, but the lady who worked with me was awesome about letting me try out a few different things until we found something that left me feeling sharp.

Not welcoming, the tall female never greeted me upon arrival. Went in to get full color. She told the other gal- I have to get partial service because it will be harder to get color on my hair for price $ so I paid $150 for highlights-partial.In the end the left side of my head had no color - the right side had a lot. I couldve just parted my hair in half - bleached it, and put highlight red. Im complaining because for years DJ Taber hair salon colored full for cheap..and when no color showed she did it a little more. It was amazing and been going there since 2008. This store is not it

Like the fisrt day i went in for a cut this is truly the better supercuts went in on sunday the last snow day & was taken care of right away the individual who cut my hair she was awesome i thank her for taking the time yeah theres appointments to be made but i would do that just to have her cut my hair again this is the best supercuts definitely come here & have patience in these times its a awesome place

Lady that answered the phone was so incredibly rude and unknowing to work with me since I had a digital gift certificate and only the number. Ive used this gift certificate several times already and no one has had a problem with me giving them just the number. this woman was so incredibly rude that it actually moved me to go ahead and leave a review when Google prompted me to. I do not tend to leave reviews this is probably the first! like I said I chose not to have my hair cut there simply because of little lack of customer service right off the bat just a simple phone Call to the establishment went so bad that I chose not to get my haircut that day and I still have not decided if Im going to use the rest of the gift certificate. I was going to make a big change with my hair and I do not trust someone that doesnt know the first thing about customer service. If thats who you have answering your phones I want nothing to do with the company and I will give away this gift certificate and go somewhere else. Thats how horrible this woman was treated if possible return customer.

I got there early so I dont have to wait in line. The lady that served me was pleasant got me in and out and a good haircut. I forgot her name but she was really nice.

A great place for a quick hair change. The service is always friendly. During busy hours they check me in by phone so I dont have a long wait. Chats are usually interesting during the service. And because my hair grows quickly, I can get in for this wonderful self care without breaking the bank. Definitely recommend them.

Prices for services werent posted or available on website. Didnt know ID be paying 23.00 for my trim that took less than 5 min to do. No wash before hand and they cut it dry.

Ive been coming to this location for over 4 years and have never been disappointed with the quality of my haircut. I think Ive had my hair cut by just about every stylist in the place and all have met or exceeded expectations. One person in particular is Maggie, she is tops! If I can I always go to her and she has never let me down yet!

I accidentally chopped a low spot in the back of my head when I was trimming my own hair. I went here and the hairdresser gave me a decent low fade to make it look normal again. She did a decent job and knew what she needed to do. Only reason I dock a star is because the hairdresser skipped with the scissors a few times, she went for a chop and it didnt cut. I dont know if it was dull scissors or an unpracticed hand but it got a little annoying on the 3rd time. All in all, she bailed me out of my stupid mistake and gave me a decent haircut.

The stylists working here really know there stuff. They have an incredible amount of experience. Ha was able to fix my wifes hair (she got a really bad haircut at Supernova) and Maggie is the best at beards.

Ha has been cutting my hair for 12 years. I will never go to another salon or have anyone else cut my hair. I am so happy that I finally found someone to cut my dry thick hair after 30 yrs of looking and spending thousands of dollars going to high end salons only to leave broke and disappointed.

$30 JUST to get my eyebrows waxed! The customer service was almost as rediculous as the pricing! Extremely rude from the min my son & I walked through the door. We were in the waiting area for 3-5 mins before either of the employees even acknowledged us & the store was NOT busy only 1 other customer that was finished and waiting to pay. I had to repeat myself a number of times just for a waxing thank God I was NOT there for a haircut. I will NEVER recommend this salon

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came here to get my hair fixed from a not so good hair cutter shop. She was able to fix my hair all the while making it look normal. She didnt have to cut it too short past my liking and everything was right. Defiantly will be coming back for future hair cuts.

Ha the old lady that does eyebrows in SUPERCUTS...she may be the manager...is very unprofessional and is unlikely to ever learn the definition of good customer service hiding in the back room eating instead of telling customers shes done for the day and could take an appt.. I now pay monthly for my eyebrows directly across the parking lot@The Lash bar (Jess)...their prices are more reasonable than Supercuts and the ladies are very professional with great customer service.

Set an appointment in the morning for a hair cut due to having to work in the afternoon. What a waste. No point in setting an appointment because Im literally sitting here 5 minutes past my appointment time waiting writing this review and it looks like Ill be waiting a bit longer.

I tried giving this pathetic excuse for an establishment a second try; waste of time. Was informed at 7:40pm on a Friday that they are no longer accepting walk-ins. They close at 8:00pm; at least that was what the sign said. In addition, there were not only 1 but 2 hair stylists twiddling their thumbs milking the clock and they still would not see me. It easily would have taken 8-10 minutes. Unacceptable. I hope management sees this.

Typically government run place...God help us with we are forced to have state run health care!

Supercuts can some times be hit and miss. However the stylists here were very good. I rarely know hair done, so with my permission I asked to just wing it. Got a great hair cut. Would be 5 stars, however the prices of supercuts has gone up since I last remember and for a cheap cut I shouldnt have to pay so much for a simple buzz and snip.

I needed to get my hair cut last week. I called ahead and asked if Nic worked today because he always did a fantastic job cutting my hair. All she said was he doesnt work there anymore and she hung up on me! Yes just hung up on me! Never again will I do business there again. They lost a very loyal customer.

Went there today and took my 9 year old daughter to get a trim.Lady spent less the. 5 minutes on my daughter and charged me $23 for the worse trim I have ever seen.She didn’t even blow dry her hair she came out wet soggy and I was speechless.They can take their $23 + $2 for a top because they need all the money they can get to have better training on hair and customer service.Don’t go to this place they absolutely suck.

Customer service was good, but when the lady was washing my hair, I asked her if she could get my purse, she said yes so I wait about 5 minutes and got up out of the chair and went to get mybpurse myself.

Amazing, The staff is great! Very fast and friendly. I noticed going there over a year or two now. That they do get slammed pretty quicky. Best thing to do is to call and make an appointment. If not you might be sitting awhile do to others having appointments. So Id keep that in mind.I also found out because of a bad review I read. ( up above ) They are not allowed to let anyone in earlier then opening time. They can get in trouble for it. If they open at 9am dont be mad if its 8:55 am and they dont open the door for you. Not only will they get in trouble for it, but they cant sign you in for a cut because the computer wont allow it.I would recommend all my friends to go. I would say family too but they already go haha.

TERRIBLE! I would honestly would give no stars at all! Went in for a haircut, and the lady who cut my moms hair did it shorter than requested! Like really short! I would have never agreed to even pay for it if I was there. I would not recommend this place at all! Waste of time and money!

Know what isnt a great look? Griping about a new hire as if they werent in the same room, using phrases like but shes cutting it like... Weird.. like, not the way Im doing it. 🤔 Generally, I would offer to make some accomodations to adapt my style in order to grow as a stylist; actually, I love to learn & be inspired by great educators. Im not so big, however, on having shade thrown my way by a boss too preoccupied to observe or even bother hearing me try to explain (nicely even) a simple fact. You see, the thing is Im left-handed. Some may see that as something worth considering when being critical of the pantomomime Im doing all weird...like a mannquin, like all stiff and awkward looking during my training. Sure, Im starting on the opposing side of the actual manniquin head. Yes, Im literally in the same room as these comments are being made about me to someone that is not me . I know that being sinister handed has never really been en vogue, but the fact remains my starting position may be perplexing to some or even may take a bit of grappling with reality to accept. Please do try to understand- I didnt wilfully opt to be left-handed. Another employee observed my attempt to replicate the technique. She even pointed out that Ive simply mirrored the same gesture Ive been shown with my opposing hand . Perhaps one would consider an apology or maybe even ask me to try it right-handed. Or.. you know...just call someone weird conversationally and indirectly to another employee while clients are getting their services. Quite elegant.
