He clearly knows what he is doing when it comes to giving a good haircut. He’s also very interesting to talk to. This is my first time getting a design in my hair, I told him to do whatever he wanted as it would grow back. After double checking he surprised me with this fun original. I love it. If I could give these guys a 10.5. However Im limited to my numerical evaluation.I had the pleasure of getting my haircut done by Tyrone. Upon arriving there the whole staff made me feel welcome and at home. As many of you are well aware, going into a new Barber or hair styling shop is quite timid in the beginning because you have a lot of questions and everybody can hear you. When my stylist asked me how can I help you sir. I explained to him that i just wanted a trimmed on the sides and a tiny bit off top. As that was being instructed to him one of the other gentlemen at another station told him how to do that. Im thinking oh great My Guy is a rookie. As he went on cutting my hair he got advice from the owner, assistant manager, Im guessing. A Long story short I will never go to another $10 hair stylist or Barber or butcher whatever you want to call them I will go here. A little bit more. But I get it done right and making me look great..Thank you gentleman.Matthew D.

One of the best haircuts I’ve had in Washington, I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a cut. You need a fade, they got you for sure! Definitely worth the price.

These guys are the friendliest and most accommodating barbers you’re going to meet. I left there looking and feeling the best I have in a long time, mostly due to the conversation and connection Jerome went out of his way to have with me. You can tell he, and the rest of the guys (including Joel, the namesake who works on the floor with the guys) really love what they do. It’s a really warm and welcoming experience.

Wanted my husband to try this place. Called and made him an appointment, and left my phone number. When he showed up to the appointment the next day, they were closed and not answering the phones. If they were closing early, they could have at least called and cancelled so I could try to get him an appointment somewhere else.

Joel was simply awesome. I am not native to Washington so this was my first time going to him at the recommendation of a family member. It was the best haircut I have had to date. I get a skin fade and barbers typically irritate my skin. No irritation or discomfort with Joenil (Combination of the right equipment and skills). Recommend him to anyone.

Nearly all of my experience is with chain haircut places, which are always hit and miss and never leave me excited about returning.This week I tried Joels barber salon (haircut by Jerome) and the difference was immediately noticeable. The biggest difference was in the care and precision. At the other places, they run a razor over you a few times and call it good. Jerome took his time on every little detail - trimming, cutting and edging continuously until I was satisfied with how it looked. Despite it being near the end of the day with a few other customers waiting, he never rushed and instead insisted that as long as I was in his chair, he was only concerned with my happiness over my haircut.They wore masks (covid), had diffusers running for ambient scents, music on the background and pleasant conversation. They also did a temperature check right before the cut.Now I have a place where I can happily go to consistently instead of roaming around and getting a cut wherever is convient!

Found this place through Google and was blown away at the hospitable atmosphere and the level of respect the barbers displayed. They made sure my fade was tailored to my wants without any complaining or frustration. I will definitely be returning.
