I trusted in Jolley in ignorance thinking all my church members would do their best. As God expects. Also had the gall to inquire as to our Tithing? Judgemental much? I went through years paying over $2600 a month for Chapter 13.Then Jolley forgot/ignored a CRITICAL Court date to keep the Chap13 going. He missed it due to personal crises. Thrusting us into Chap 7 which caused horrible credit messes.Pain. Anguish. I sold the home I had. And due to Chap 7 impact from him not showing up in Court in 2002 (which he promised he would do) COUNTRY WIDE got ALL the equity of that home in pure interest. $55,000! He just ignored my Timeshare as well. Where is that Real property? Btw. Years of suffering from this for my kids & me. Years to fix his inadequate work he was trusted & hired for. Never restitution made.Sorry Dallas. It was wrong. Period

Very POOR ! Dallas did my bankruptcy in 2012 missing liens and federal tax laws . I thought that with BK my life could start again but 5 years later I am still dealing with Tax issues and liens that Dallas got paid to handle. He does not return calls or emails about my bankruptcy. . The only time I have had a conversation with him in regards to this experience he claimed he didnt know I had liens.. Not sure how he didnt know ... I was told today I should file BK again ... Ill NEVER do it again but thanks to my o BAD attorney I still have issues .

Litterally a do it yourself lawyer.. this guy has never once contacted me or informed me on anything about my case.. the guy is overpriced and my discharge took longer than it should have.. i had a super simple case as well. should have went with someone else.

They did my bankruptcy in 2011 and after paying over 100000.00 in my bankruptcy 13. They had it dismissed instead of discharged. Now I cant buy a house. Everyone says that my lawyer screwed us. The only reason I left a one star is because it wouldnt let me leave no stars. They dont deserve any.

Dallas and his staff did a great job with explaining the options and handling everything UP UNTIL THE END!! I owed money to the DOT and WSP for an accident, when my bankruptcy was finalized, they did not send the paper work to the DOT and WSP saying I claimed bankruptcy and my drivers liscense was suspended because they still thought I owed them a large amount of money. I had to send my paper work to them and prove I did not owe money. It was a huge hassle and cost me over a hundred dollars to get my license back. I also have a suspended license on my driving record now. Very disappointed!!! I hired them so that this wouldnt happen and it still did anyway.
