Best staff to answer your questions and cater to specific needs. Very understanding and helpful with my storage needs. Would definitely use their services again and recommend Pacific Ave storage.

I highly recommend this facility. Not only were their prices the best around, but the customer service was some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Specifically, Lee (manager), showed so much care in helping me store my vehicle. I created a complicated situation and she handled it so professionally and went out of her way to make it work. I am so thankful this company & Lee were there to help me out.

They are always pleasant and as long as you paired storage you should never have a problem. I do wish they would stay open a little later.

My experience there for almost the past year has been wonderful. The place is kept clean and neat and the lady who is generally there is friendly and quickly responds if I need anything. I had never rented a storage unit before but they have made it pleasant. I highly recomend them.

Very unsafe bad neighborhood, three vehicles where broken into on Jan 24, 2020. Ownership told that any and all damage is our responsibility, even though the damages happened while they where onsite. The criminal cut through the fence, and broke three separate pieces of glass. Originally we where promised that cameras covered every angle of the lot, however this was a lie. Do not trust your property to this establishment it is not secure, the ownership will allow drug addicted homeless criminals to walk right in and take whatever they want. This being said, the people running the office are amazing. The issue is the owner of the company not taking care of their property, employees, or customers.

It is what it says on the tin. A nice simple storage facility, fenced and clean.

Nice clean location, friendly staff, easy administration (can make payments online!) and good security with onsite management. Prices are my only complaint, and theyre still not horrendous. Quick and easy to get a unit, access the unit, and vacate the unit.

Friendly couple runs and lives on site. Secure facility. I feel safe having my things in the unit. And Everyone is always helpful its always clean.

The staff at Portland Ave storage is awesome...top drawer.....I have had trouble with the code entry gate and tbey will come out the within minutes to assist me..... I will forever use them for my storage needs
