Ziggys auto shop ALWAYS does GREAT work!!! They do things by the book so maybe a little expensive but it is worth it!!! Ive never had a problem with this ships repairs. I brought my 1999 Cadillac Deville in when the light engine came on and they kept my car without telling me for three days, didnt fix anything either! Three days later they tell me its a cracked engine which they told me is 7k fix and then told me to buy a new car! LMAO NEVER buy from them or use their services! I called them 3 months later after driving my car just fine after I had it fixed at a BETTER shop to inform them and the mechanic himself Ziggy called me names, kept repeating the same thing over and over. This guy and this whole shop are JOKERS! they just want MONEY. NEVER waste your time or endanger your cars lifespan by taking it to this shop.

Needed an engine replacement due to internal water damage. Zyggi and Dick were honest and upfront about the potential issues and costs. They worked with my insurance (which was never going to cover the full cost) to get me the most recovery I could. They ensured to the best of their ability that the used engine I received was free from issues and warrantied. My car runs as good, if not better than before I flooded my original engine. Great guys and would work with them anytime.

Called for quote didn’t even act like he wanted my business and essentially hung up in my face

I had an alternator put in and a tuneup. A few days later i was stranded on the side of the road. After zyggi looked at my car to see what was wrong, i was stranded again a few dayss later. Took car to a new place for repairs and was told a faulty alternator was used. Here again my car is misfiring. I was told i needed a tune up. AGAIN i have to pay out more money . we paid them over $2000 and this is unacceptablee.

I bring my Subaru here for oil changes, checkups, and any work that pops up. The cost is comparable (slightly more in my favor) compared to the Subaru dealership. Ziggy and service team answer all of my questions, do amazing work on my car, and charge a fair price. They prep me for what to expect next so Im not usually surprised with my cars future.The turn-around for my cars repairs (brake changes, oil changes, axle work, timing belt) has been very reasonable. I usually relax in their customer lounge, studying the Norman Rockwells and reading their selection of zines.For what its worth, Im a female. Its always difficult to find an honest mechanic that wont try to pull the wool over my eyes, which is why I seek out a locally-owned shop. Came here for a used car inspection. Customer service was great! I interacted with 3 different staff members I left feeling good about using their service. They also managed to fit me in just before lunch and I was out under an hour. Saved me thousands of dollars from purchasing truck that cosmetically looked great but had some serious mechanical issues needing to be addressed. I plan to take all my future business to them.

This shop is wonderful. I called them last week after I ran over a large metal object on the highway and I needed a very quick mechanical safety inspection to ensure it was ok for me to drive my car. They got me in within 30 minutes of my phone call and looked at my car right away. They assured me the car was safe to drive and I was able to get to work only a little later than normal. They took a bunch of pictures and emailed them directly to me the same day so I could see the damage I was dealing with. Very professional and understanding of my situation. I will definitely take my car there for any service I need in the future.

I am from out of town and was visiting family in the area a few months ago. We had an issue with a sensor which was hard to reach and on the back side of the engine in our Tahoe and needed it fixed ASAP. Zyggis team was top notch, treated us right/fair on the price and was just a pleasure to work with. I was in and out of there in just under a couple of hours. The book said that the job should have been 4 hours which is what I would have been charged at a dealership, but Zyggi was very understanding and worked with us. The folks here are awesome! Zyggis customer service is over the top great! I manage Ted Brown Music Company and we had a problem with our big box truck that we use every day! We do a run to our eastern Washington stores and a couple days before we had to do that run...our DEF system went out in the truck. Zyggi was at our front counter looking for me the next day. I thought it was to talk about when it would be done....NO it was to hand me the keys and tell me the truck was already parked in our Bay. Not only did he make a special trip to get the part we needed...but he also rushed the repair so we wouldnt have the cost of a rental truck which we would have needed had the truck not been done. Seriously...customer service does not get any better. We take our personal cars to Zyggi as well as our company vehicles. We have no reason to go anywhere else.

I am from Minnesota. I had transmission trouble with my 2007 Ford F150 after towing an RV for many miles. Zyggis was recomended by a friend. Zyggis Auto Shop is an honest auto shop with more than fair prices. I have been in several times and everyone I have dealt with is honest and dependable. There was a time when Zyggi fixed my power steering and he could have lied and said I needed the whole darn thing replaced but he wanted to try a different procedure which ended up costing me less money and in the end it ended up fixing the problem. I would not have known any different if he would have lied to me but he didnt and so that is why I will always have all my vehicles repaired at Zyggys!

Zyggi and Mike are great guys. I came to them with an engine misfire and possible catalytic converter damage. Zyggi drove me back to my house while I waited for repairs and picked me up when they were done with my car.They found the problem and installed a new ignition coil without trying to influence me to buy an unnecessary catalytic converter.Honest businessmen. Fair pricing. Also, Zyggi is a pretty interesting guy so if you get the chance to have a conversation with him I would recommend doing so.

$200 diagnostic on misfiring cylinders, $100 mark up on ignition coils, and $700 out the door seems pretty steep for 6 ignition coils. Great customer service but prices will be cheaper elsewhere.

We have the luxury of having Zyggi repair our vehicles for over 20 years now. This includes many types. Why is Zyggi the best? Many reasons: First, the problem is cured. Second, Zyggi will sometimes advise of some problems that exist but give options on whether they need to be corrected or not at the time and thus not waste money if not needed. Third, sometimes parts have been hard to find on one car I own and his staff spends time to find out where those parts can be obtained and if not other options or suggestions too. Fourth, CUSTOMER SERVICE..is #1! They return calls, they work on your car when they said they would! They allow the drop off and key so they have the vehicle if desired ahead of time too. I appreciate the candid yet accurate advice Zyggi has provided also. I hope he never quits as I dont know who I can trust like I do him! We have referred over other persons through the years also and always so happy to hear that they appreciated it and loved having their car back but after feeling comfortable with a new repair shop with perfect guidance..the best! Went to this shop to have a new wheel hub assembly put on my car today and when I gave it to them the dash was clear of all codes or messages got it back with a no fuse warning on my dash when I confronted them on the issue they stated that they would not look at diagnose or attempt to figure out what went wrong unless I payed them more money now when u give a company a car to do a job where the car has no problem codes and then are give back a car with a problem you would think the business would want to figure out what has a happened not these idiots do not go here there just money hungry asshats

My 2 year old Forester, (to me - actually is an 05) was making a screeeeaching sound/s. At first just upon driving forward, then left turns, then right turns. Then I decided to take it to Zyggis. It also made a funny rattle type noise upon start up... oh I was worried!! Zyggi came right out, took a brief look and said well your belts here may need tightened or maybe need to be replaced. I asked how much would it cost for the tlbelt tightening or or replace be. I was given an estimate for both. Bring it back in the morning, he said. Unfortunately, it was two weeks could before I could bring it in...so I left my car at Zyggis, around 1200 or about. ZYGGI said Id receive a call in couple hours or so... At about 230 he called to report that it definately needs a new belt. He asked if it was under a warranty and or if Id had it into another shop. Answering no to both, he proceeded to explain what else hed found wrong! Gulping, I said to let me know, apparently, whoever changed the belt before, be that the dealership or previous owner, used the WRONG belt and had it twisted to fit securely he sposed. This is what I understood Zyggi to say, as well not appropriately fitting the connecting location of this belt!!! So I asked him to fix this and does that change the estimate? He said no this does not change the estimate. Zyggi also said it was over by 5k miles on an oil change.I said, well do the replacement, correction, and add the oil change, please. This meant theyd have to have it over night, too, to check the rattle noise upon start up. Mike from Zyggis shop called the next morning saying is was ready for pick up, no rattling noise heard so it must have been somehow related to the belt connection. Estimate to replace the belt was about $130, oil change was $40.I was prepared for that amount and tax! The total came to about $153. Yay!! Thank you Zyggis! !!Bottom line, ZYGGIS AUTO SHOP does excellent work, professionism is always on board with these gentlemen that work there, and Their Prices with THE QUALITY OF WORK ARE QUITE FAIR and reasonable!
