Cannot recommend this place enough. They were so accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable when we were in a very difficult situation. They were patient with us leaving our car on their lot for a couple days and we really trusted their opinions and work.

I was in a real jam and they got me in to take care of my motorhome muffler and they were efficient and the price was fair. The Manager was super nice to fit me in the very next morning since he knew I was staying in the motorhome. I stayed in the store parking lot next door till they could fit me in. The guys doing the work where great and nice with my dogs and I. I will go back!

Ask for a simple muffler delete, they tried too charge me $150 PER MUFFLER, Ive already had the pipes to be weilded on but they wouldnt let me.

Not only did they completely and absurdly overcharge, a hose busted the day we picked the car up and left the driver stranded and I had to call a tow truck. All good, these things happen and they repaired their mistakes for free. but they refuse to reimburse me for the tow truck. Thanks buckys 👍

I went for an estimate on a power steering pump on jan.2 and it was between 6 and seven hundreds dollars went back on the 9 to get it fix but it was a different person at the counter and I decided to ask again ang the estimate was 1,142. Dollars I left the place real fast. The labor is 2 hours and want to charge me for 6 to 8 hours. Very dishonest guy. Never go there again

Buckys Parkland is an honest repair shop that does good work at a fair price. I had to have my motorhome towed to Buckys from a different shop Genesis RV (never go there) that ripped me off. Genesis disassembled the brakes and then wanted several thousand dollars more to finish the job. Bryce really took care of me, and did the brakes for a MUCH more reasonable cost than Genesis. Bryce also further helped me by writing a second opinion letter that I submitted to Bank of America to dispute the Genesis RV charge on my credit card.Thank you so much Bryce!!These guys have worked on my 94 Honda, and my 68 Camaro also. Always good work for a reasonable cost and they often can get you in the same day you call. 5 stars. Id give them 6 if I could! :)

This shop is amazing I had my 2006 bmw E90 fixed there along with my exhaust system done. They helped me save money and made my car sound amazing. Ill be taking my other BMWs there for my exhaust system.

Just went in today for an exhaust issue, they were very straightforward in their repair process and were very quick. Im normally leery of going to repair shops for service as they normally pressure me for additional services, at no time did the Parkland Buckys employees pressure me into any additional services, and the repair was affordable. I would definitely go back for other services if needed.

At this location, the mechanics are awesome. They are not your average franchise mechanics. These guys know their stuff when it comes to vehicles that are old, new or are classics. I happen to own a classic and know how to fix most things myself. But sometimes when it comes to labor intensive stuff you dont want to get into, you need a mechanic thats straight up and gritty that you can trust your baby. Hell, Id trust these guys with my wife! I am so thankful to have found these guys. In fact Im taking my 78 4x4 camper special down in the morn to get the worn flex plate replaced. I was going to attempt to do it myself but when I looked at where the top bolts on the bell housing were I said screw that. Ill just take it to Buckys and get it done right, no bleeding knuckles, no crushed fingers and at a reasonable price.

Took my car in to have my back brakes done because Bucky service my front brakes earlier in the year and was told I have a $700+ repair Bill estimate. I was told I needed to completely redo front and back brakes. Knowing that I have already had the front brake done with this business I asked them to put my car back together I could not afford this. I took my car across the street to Meineke and they confirmed that I only need back brake pads theyre going to resurface and rotate my rotors and Im getting an oil change all for $330.51. Buckys in Parkland is a joke, scam and rip off!

Did an emissions waiver on my car quickly and efficiently. Never tried to convince me I needed to pay for more service or take advantage. Wonderfully friendly team.

I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and a turn signal out...something that should have been no more than a $200 or less fix. Got a call saying my radiator/brakes and rotors were bad although I never had a check engine light or leaks on my garage floor. But said what the hell...it’s tax season just fix it! $1,000 later...now my truck has heating/cooling issues since the return of my vehicle. Took it back twice and they wanna charge me another $1000 to fix that issue which wasn’t present at the time of the original work. I’m a disabled/unemployed veteran that doesn’t feel like this shop is very competent or reputable. I will be going to Military Legal to see if we can stop this type of shady business from operating especially to unsuspecting service members and veterans like myself.

I stopped by in the morning and spoke with Bryce the Service Manager. He said to give a call later in the afternoon before i got off work to see if they could squeeze me in since I got off at 5:00pm and they closed at 6:00pm. They were able to get me in and stayed a little later than 6:00pm. Major props to the welder that slapped it on my new muffler as he stayed after quitting time to make sure he sent me off looking and sounding good. These guys came in lower in cost and over delivered on genuine interaction. I highly recommend these guys!

Took my truck into to have a O2 sensor bung repaired. Everything went well just only lost a star because I believe the price was still much for a simple cut and weld of pipe.

DANGER DANGER DANGER...this place makes up fraudulent claims on your car. I went in for a lose exhaust manifold leak. They told me my manifold was cracked and I should have it replaced or I would return to have it fixed later. I obtained the part and looked it over. I just had a new motor put in about 3 weeks before. The guy at the desk said my engine was running hot on one side and pointed out the darkness. He said he wanted to look into it and see what it is. I said, no, I will have the mechanic look into it. I took my manifold to my mechanic and said what is wrong with this part? He said, nothing, I had it magnifluxed and machined. We went over the part together and he said nothing wrong. I contacted Buckys head quarters about it as it was theft. They treated me like I did not matter and tried to settle with a partial refund. This cost me over 700$ when it was only a 35$ part a pipe weld and an hours time. THIS IS CALLED THEFT....DONT GO HERE. BUMS WORK HERE. SOME HAVE NO TEETH OR LOOK LIKE CRANKSTERS WITH ROTTEN TEETH. THIS STORE IS THE WORST EVER.

I need a cheap tune up ans oil change

Took my girlfriends car in to be repaired, we knew exactly what was wrong. Still charged her $140 for diagnostic that she didnt need, and then they wanted some ridiculous amount. We had it done at the dealer for less then what Buckys was charging, and they repaired the suspiciously cut hose that was never their before for free.. never take your car to Buckys!!!!

This place is not as great as the other reviews make it out to be. The dude working the office seemed disinterested in fixing my truck with a new exhaust system. I attempted to get an estimate twice, but the greasy mechanic was too busy although in observed him smoking / b.s.ing both times. Good thing I guess, because I found a much better place.

My timing belt broke earlier this week. The shop manager Bryce was so courteous and nice, they fixed my car in less than a week it runs beautifully and I could not be happier. Definitely recommend Buckys for your car needs!

The dealer told me my Chevy trailblazer needed two catalytic converters for $1,000. Buckys found out I only needed one and welded it in for $300 and some change.I found out that their weld wasnt complete which made my check engine light turn on. They had two techs come pick up my car and repair it, then drive it back for me for free. I feel like this was excellent service.If you get work done here, check the welds before you leave. I will return here though because of how eager they were to make sure I was taken care of when a problem arose.

Buckys destroyed a perfectly good header so I couldnt use it again because it is attached to a catless exhaust system.

I am avoiding this place at all costs after the horrific job on my dads truck a few weeks ago. It cost him a fortune and his truck keeps breaking down. The shop kept giving him the runaround and he had a to call for a tow truck on 3 separate occasions only to have the wrong diagnosis about the problem.

I brought my car in a year and a half ago to get new front brakes put on. I had a quote from a different shop telling me I needed all new pads, rotors and calipers. Buckys looked at my brakes and said I didnt need new calipers, which I thought was very honest of them. I ended up paying just over $300, which I thought was a good price. Fast forward a year and a half later to me taking my car into the Honda dealership and asking them to check my front brake pads because my brake power felt extremely weak. They checked all of them for me and told me that the front brake pads were at 1mm and 5mm, were obviously wearing unevenly, and the rotors are completely rusted and not savable. I hardly ever drive my car so there is NO WAY that I should be having to fork out more money to buy new brakes again already. Obviously the people at Buckys lied to me and didnt give me new, quality brake pads and rotors. They most likely just resurfaced my old rotors and pocketed the money that I gave them for new rotors and gave me super cheap, crappy brake pads. So much for being honest. I will never waste my money at this shop again.

This place is horrible went in for a ticking noise they said it was the power stearing pump then after they so called fixed it i didnt have any power stearing anymore which apparently cost me 450 to loose power steering i took it back in they said pump was good but needed to fix the steering rack which was 1300 so i decided to get second opinion which the other company said the so called new power steering pump was bad they felt bad and only charged 250 meanwhile buckeys wouldnt fix the problem or refund any money so this is not a honest mechanic shop but a shop that will make up a problem just so they can take your money so beware females they will take advantage of you!!!!

Told me it would cost over $700 to replace a windshield wiper motor...Thats a $100 part and a 10 minute job...do the math.

Not only did they not entail that a “mandatory test drive” was needed to do an oil change? But they removed my Wheels and tires by striping my lug nuts instead of using my lug nut lock and removal key that I specifically told them about. Now I’m, literally at the very moment, stuck with a flat tire and am incapable of removing my tire due to them stripping my lug nuts... thanks for your awful service.
