Waited for hours on hold and was hung up on once they answered. Assigned case worker has not responded to their email or phone for almost 2 weeks. Their supervisor also does not answer their phone. Beyond unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for a business.I dont understand how this company is permitted to operate in a field with such heavy oversight when they obviously do not do the job they are assigned.

Scam company. Does not answer communications and uses any tactic to prevent you from communications.

Left multiple voicemails, no call back in almost a month.
