I’ve rented from FREASH START HOMES for a year now. Every time I place a work order it is met expediently. They respect my privacy and are courteous about my schedule. My Maintance people are friendly and informative! Just what I want! I like to be involved and informed. I have ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS with this company. If you do then you’re probably not THEIR tenant material!!! Yes the rent is higher but you get what you pay for.... btw I LOVE my yard!
