Ive only ever used Post Net for shipping and they do a great job. The store is conveniently located as well. If I have one complaint it would be the hours of operation. The store closes on weekdays at 5:30p but thats not always enough time for those of us who work all day until 5p to make it to the store before 5:30p. Even an extra 1/2 hour would help.

Shelly responded so quick to my request for a quote to have a 124 page manual printed, and offered to bind it as well (which I hadn’t thought to do). It looks so professional and will be wonderful to have when I teach my in-person Dale Carnegie class this Fall. Thank you!

I came in without an appointment and was greeted very warmly by the people working there. I had an idea for a custom card for my anniversary with my partner, not sure what they could do for me. They brought out multiple samples of paper till I found the right one, took the time to re format the poem I was printing multiple times to create what I had envisioned, and even helped create a small design for the cover. Owner is super rude

I could not have asked for better service! Kim was extremely patient with me, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I especially appreciated her attention to detail! She did a beautiful job, and had it done ahead of schedule. All this for a very reasonable price. I will definitely return to PostNet for any future printing needs!

Since they provide no info online, I stopped in on October 2, 2019 to get information and a quote for 1,000 photo calendars for a non-profit. Nikki took the information and told me the owner (Shelly or Kellie?) would get back to me with a quote within 48 hours. After hearing nothing a week later, I called and talked to Nikki and asked about my quote. She said Shelly (or Kellie) the owner was out on sales calls and shed leave her a note. In the meantime, Nikki said she would check her desk to see if she could find anything about my quote. She said she would get back to me via email either way. Two weeks later, I have heard nothing from either the owner or Nikki. Poor business practice with no followup. They lost this customer.

Rating for exceptional staff. This was our first visit. Observed important services that we did not need on this particular visit.Our need was to mail a package, and the price was not competitive with the postal service. However, pricing is only one of several factors. I do support small business by principle.Noted also that the owner responds well to customer insights.

Excellent service. The woman at the desk was very helpful and attentive. I much rather go here to ship out my packages than the dreaded post office.

I wish I could rate the staff and the management separately. The graphic designer and customer service rep are knowledgeable, talented, and customer oriented. However, the management is not. If you come in for a notary (provided by the owner or manager) expect to wait until they are done with their calls or conversation. They rely heavily on their staff to run the business, and are unable to answer basic shipping/printing questions. No consistency in pricing. I planned to use their printing services for my personal business, but I will DEFINITELY NOT be visiting this location ever again.

I love Post Net, therere always courteous and very insightful on my needs. I will forever allow them to handle the affairs of my company.

They arent open on the weekends, that is very disappointing. And another time I tried to go during normal business hours, for a small print job, they were closed 5 minutes early and inside smoking. Not very good hours.

The lady kellie who works here is extremely rude and will sit there and make you wait while doing nothing also she did not want to provide me a receipt. Had to wait for somebody else to come to give me a receipt which literally took two seconds to print.

They friendliest people in Eastwood! I have been using this place for a few years now and the staff has always been so helpful and welcoming when compared to the post office right down the street. So much so that I have stopped using the US postal service down the street altogether. Today specifically Shante, an employee who has always greeted every customer with a contagious smile, went above and beyond. During A burst of torrentiall down pour, another customer and I were chatting and stated that we had left our umbrellas in the car and we would just wait it out. Within minutes Shante came from behind the counter with an umbrella and walked each of us to our cars. Shante thank you for being so genuinely kind, your small gesture made my day!

I wanted 8 pages emailed to me as attachments. 3 separate attachments (I guess I should of said that.) anyway she scanned them & they didnt go thru so she forward it to right email, 5 mins later I realized she sent them upside down and as 1 large attachment. so I went back to get this straight and she said I could unattach them my self on a desk top. well if had a desk top I probably wouldnt be here in the first place. so I told her I dont have one and she said she can re scan them but will have to charge me again. or I can use the desktop there. the paying desktop. so I jus wasted my money here. will never come back & thanks for nothing. 06/17/2016 @ 9am

This was my first time visting the PostNet on James St. and I am happy that I did. I showed up as they opened this morning (4/26/2013) to print a poster for presentation this weekend at Syracuse University. I brought my poster in on a usb drive as a powerpoint file resized to 36x48 based on a template from Colin Purringtons web site.I dropped back by this afternoon to pick up the poster and it looks great. I did not catch the name of the person helping me but I was very pleased to find out that she chose a different paper stock than we originally discussed to achieve better color saturation. It was a an academic poster mounted on foam board and it looks great.A double++ recommendation for academic poster printing at PostNet on James.

I got charged about 3x as much as it costs UPS to send a shipment to Canada. I only found out after UPS sent me a bill showing the actual cost.
