My driveway was plowed, and thats what I scheduled and paid for! The storm we had was a doozy, thus the plow truck arrived a bit later than Id hoped - they were understandably overwhelmed. Job was completed in less than ten minutes, no back blading left on the street, driver was friendly and apologetic. The fifth star left blank to encourage better communication as to when -even ballpark- plow truck will arrive. Communication through email was lightening fast, though not very informative due to overwhelmed computer system. Thanks so much, Ill use you again.

The ease of ordering a plow on the app while at work, to come home to clean driveway is worth its weight in gold to me.VERY pleased with the responsiveness and the quality of service!! A++

Customer Service very unprofessional. I was contacted after I rated a plow poorly. The supervisor Alysa contacted me stating the date of service and asked me to confirm, I was then asked to go outside to take a picture of my house (the picture of job completed in app was the wrong driveway). I was then informed there was nothing they could do not that I asked them to do anything, they contacted me. Very condescending and just plain rude customer service at 7:30am, felt like I was contacted just to be harassed by the company for the low rating I gave for a previous job. Which the provider had accidentally plowed our neighbors driveway and took a picture of a job completed at the house next door that I had paid for.

If I could rate a zero, I would. I ordered residential snow removal over 20 hours ago and the job has yet to be completed. When I contacted them this morning I was told they were having issues with their landscaping partner and my job would be assigned to someone else. They have already charged my credit card $65 and was told I would receive my refund for 3-5 business days. I had to take today off work because Im unable to get out of my garage/driveway. Incredibly disappointing. Dont waste your time on this service.

I ordered a plow service the night of 1/28/2021 for the morning of 1/29/2021. It only allows you to enter AM or PM and the date which I did. I woke up on 1/29 and went to work wondering why I never received any confirmation. I reached out on the website chat and Alysa responded that letting you know someone is on the way or confirming the plow time is not part of their service. What?! I received a text saying that I would receive confirmation once one of the contractors picked it up. Anyway she sent me a photo of my driveway the night I ordered it 1/28 with 3 cars in my driveway and 1 small strip had been plowed.....for $50!!!! She agreed that they did it on the wrong day so she would send them back out. I then said I was dissatisfied and who could I speak to about it. Her response exactly was You are talking with me regarding it :) I will reach out once we have an ETA. fortunately it is still the AM so we can make it right & you also got 2 plowing services at the price of 1! lol I will get back to you as soon as I have an updated ETA, thanks. INCREDIBLEY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! LOL??? ARE YOU KIDDING???? Needless to say I will never be using this service again and I have told everyone I come into contact about this experience.

Inconsistent service. Rude customer service and ridiculous hidden price hikes. After 3 years of it I am done with plowz and mowz.

Hired Plowz and Mowz to aerate and over seed my lawn, came a day late and I can not see where they aerated or over seeded. Sent several text and emails and was told to take picture and was asked the same question over and over again. No one would call and talk with me and the overall customer service is terrible. I will never use these people again and will pass on the word.

I didn’t realize they offered more than just plowing and mowing. Placed an order and the job was immediately excepted and by 8:30 in the morning of the schedule day my stuff was delivered and I was very pleased with it.

You think its just lawn mowing and snow ploughing, but they really do have great options available.

I scheduled a general cut for a recently acquired lot. I advised that the grass was over 10 inches and that I only wanted a cut since my push mower wouldnt get through the grass. At 5, I messaged them through the app. Immediate response advising that it would be several hours till I heard back. At 7, I found a number on Google. Appraised the CSR of the situation and was promised a call back. Nothing for 40 minutes. Called back and the phone just rings. Very disappointing customer service on their part. I get that its spring and theyve got loads to do, but dont schedule service when you cant deliver.Edit: After talking with customer service, we were rescheduled for today. The team they sent did an amazing job. Would definitely use them again if I needed to! Thank you!

Recently ordered my first service with Plowz & Mowz. I was semi skeptical on doing so, however I am very pleased with the results. The job was completed as scheduled, my communication with their customer service department was kind and professional. Most importantly, the job was completed extremely well. Will absolutely recommend, and use again.

All around great experience! It gives such a peace of mind knowing my driveway will be plowed and our lawn mowed. Customer service was always helpful and responsive with all of my questions. Looking forward to another season using Plowz & Mowz.

Set up Service for every 10 days. First date the job was not assigned. Second date of 5/21 assigned on 5/16 with 5:30pm service time. No show with being told would arrive in the AM on 5/22. received notice at 9:30am they would be there by noon. 1:15pm no show job is not assigned the partner I guess cancelled. UNRELIABLE. Will not use service. Staff answering calls were very pleasant.

I have used them many times and often they are fine . However I did have one bad plow experience last winter and now this time around I had a bad lawn mow experience. In most instances my grass was within the 5 height requirement but they measured by a bush in the highest part possible to where I was 7 and asked for a $30 increase charge . I accepted as I was unable at the time and needed to be done although I was not pleased and on top of it they postponed until next day.As we all know they are pricey to begin with but to be this tedious about a couple inches of blades of grass (again conveniently measured in the highest area) when other areas were at or below the 5 AND to postpone it another day is unacceptable.

I have used this service numerous times. I love the convenience of ordering services through the app. Unfortunately I have been disappointed in the actual service. In the last 3 attempts to use the service I have had at least one issue if not more. Not sure it is worth the headache required to make sure everything is followed through as promised.

Completely Unreliable!!! If you’re not assigned a quality provider your service will not be completed when it is scheduled to be. The provider I had, had used the excuse of a weather delay for over two weeks. During that time period there were days when it hadn’t rained at all and my lawn was completely dry, yet the excuse for cancellation was weather delay. They also have a poorly organized accounting system. After they took payment for this last job, they refunded it without ever notifying me because it hadn’t yet been completed. When it finally was completed they took a second payment for this same job, yet the refund they had made is still floating because it takes more than 10 days for it to actually go back into your account and this isn’t per your bank, but because of the system they use. So in the meantime I’ve paid twice for one lawn service.And in Response, to your year later response: it wasnt a hold, it was a double charge. My bank, Citizens Bank investigated it and I was refunded. Your company steals from people if they are not paying attention to the charges. Also, the lawn service provided is highly inconsistent and unreliable.

I would give a 0 stars if I could. Don’t use this app! They overcharge you, plowed the wrong driveway, came back later in the day to the correct address, did a hack job and wouldn’t give a refund. Because...”I didn’t take pictures”. You can find a way cheaper and better service on Facebook marketplace. Complete ripoff!

The service was awful! My husband and I were returning from vacation and needed someone to plow out our driveway so we used the app (which was not our first time using this service - but will surely be our last!). Upon inspection of our driveway, we were horrified at how much damage the driver did to our property. We paid $80 to have what we thought would be a plowed driveway, instead we have thousands of dollars worth of damage. Large chunks of the asphalt were pushed upward toward our house. The bottom/middle of our driveway now has multiple areas damaged by the plow driver. We have a 2 stall garage, yet the plow driver only plowed out a path the width of a single car. The driver ripped up 2 feet width of grass the length of the driveway on left side, while leaving the right side of the driveway completely covered with snow. Our neighbor watched as the driver repeatedly destroyed our driveway with every pass he made, with no care for our property. We contacted the company to report our issue, however they have not bothered to respond. I would never use this service again and have warned family, friends and colleagues of my horrible experience.

I use the app in Orlando, FL. Its easy and affordable. If I have any concerns or questions, their team responds quickly. I highly recommend their app to all my friends and neighbors.

The ETA kept getting pushed farther back and it was getting late. I wanted to move my car so they could plow under it but they showed up after I was in bed (I went to bed at 11pm) so it never got moved. I could not contact anyone and I was very unhappy. However, they contacted me bright and early this morning and offered to replow the driveway today. I am very happy that they seem to take the customers serious and want to rectify any mishaps. Thank you Plowz and Mowz for reaching out. That made the biggest difference!

Zero stars. Cannot be trusted. I have been ripped off from them a few times. They are quick to take your money and not provide any service. I have booked snow removal and both times a provider has not arrived. Booking a snow plow at 9am in the morning and by 10pm no one has still arrived. Very unhelpful and unfriendly. Never a guarantee on service delivery.I do not recommend these people and will be further exposing their scams on social media.

App doesnt allow the user to edit property address. I tried editing, tried contacting someone. Nothing worked. Received no communication. The wrong yard was mowed. The Plowz and Mowz representative stonewalled me instantly, refuses to correct the issue either by refund or having the correct yard mowed, and discontinued the conversation.

I got the application and it sent me to The place where I can make selections. It was the worst or one of the worst layout that Ive seen in a long time. The choices are limited, it was not easily understandable, can I received text message after I sent an complaint. I explained my frustration and what I wrote above, The person who responded provided zero satisfaction and disappeared.

I highly discourage the use of this service. While the reps are friendly with their communication, they are a hands off third party referrer of service providers, and when the service is bad or damage is done to your property (as in my case) it’s not Plowz and Mowz “responsibility”. I am still awaiting reimbursement from a “service provider” damaging my home and causing a flood in my garage. Not only have I had to deal with the repairs they make ME wait for insurance reimbursement. Plowz and Mowz has their money and then they’re gone.

*AWFUL SERVICE* I found this service to be extremely upsetting. After waiting over 3 weeks for the “app” to locate a provider to fufill the service I requested, numerous attempts to contact the company, they finally scheduled the service about a month later from the date I picked and was quoted on.The provider did not show up on the day he was supposed to, and requested someone be around to go over the job scope. So after wasting a day at home waiting, I again contact plowz n mowz to receive a text the next day stating that the provider wanted an additional $600.00 to complete the work.I was sure to include an over estimation of the size of my driveway, as well as a google earth imagine with cars in the driveway as a reference to prevent any issues such as this.I also found the customer service to be fairly unhelpful and unsympathetic. Their solution to the issue was “Do you want the service at the additional rate, or not,” no attempt to rectify the situation what-so-ever.I find this service to be more of an estimation service to find a provider,such as others on the web. PLEASE do yourself a favor and use one of those. At least you can see reviews and choose who will be doing the work.

Great App - even better customer service!

First experience is not great. Ordered a mulch application on May 21 for June 1 -- never received a confirmation of eta or provider, had to send 3 messages via the app before I received a response. Was told then that provider had been released, rescheduled for June 2 at 9:00. Its now 10 -- no communication, no provider, no updated eta, no response to message sent via app. Is this a scam?

Very unprofessional

Terrible experience, requested for service on a Sunday, which was confirmed, no show, after inquiring they ended up coming on Wednesday. They did not do any trim nor did they blow off the hard surfaces as stated on their app. Missed large sections of grass entirely. Terrible job from start to finish. We tried them due to a broken lawn mower and waiting for a part, in the future wed be better off borrowing a neighbors mower. I had really high hopes for this service and am so disappointed that it did not work out well. Well be spending the weekend fixing the mess they made. Plus $95 for them to spend 1 hr on what should have been a 2-3 hr job.
