Although the owner Eileen is wonder, my experience with the company was a great disappointment and waste of time. My supervisor was the root of the problem. With all do respect the man is NOT mentally or emotionally equipped to be in a position of authority. I am a person of integrity and loyalty. I always gave 110%. I came in early and stayed late. I did what was asked of me and much more. But I endured mental and emotional abuse for my supervisor. When I went to hr about it I was told, “when we hired you I told you he was different.” As if that gave him a free ticket to mistreat people. I tried to take the appropriate steps to correct the uncomfortable situation and I was let down.After 3 months of employment I was terminated over hear-say. No proof, no facts. If I was indeed guilty how about a verbal warning or a write up. A conversation was NEVER had. I was disposable to them. Without being spoken to they allowed me to work Friday. I even had lunch with my boss. To my dismay Sunday morning I received a call from hr. I was fired!I tried to resolve the issue, defend myself and clear my name. But no one would listen. It was “out of their hands.” When I tried to contact Eileen, so I could keep my job and feed my 3 children, hr intervened and wouldn’t allow me to. I had high hope but unfortunately my experience with Brophy’s was unpleasant and unprofessional. I do not recommend working for this company until they clean their own house first.

During my time with Brophy Services I saw every side of their operation. Despite the difficult challenge of hiring, training, and keeping quality employees there is always great optimism, fortitude and resolve to make each day the best it can be and that comes from the top down. Each team member from the President of the company to the newest employee is a part of the daily process and is asked to invest in the success of all.Their business is building relationships with employees and customers, big and small. Everyone who walks in the building is given the same opportunity to succeed. It was an honor to call Brophy my home for nearly 6 years! I would highly recommend this company for employment or any of your facilitys maintenance needs.

We began working with Brophy for additional disinfecting and rapid response during the COVID-19 outbreak. In addition to regular daily sanitation in our manufacturing space, the have been a tremendous partner for us during this time, and have always come through when needed in crisis response to allow us to reopen with a safe environment for our employees. Brophy Services has provided us with incredible service for many years. As an SQF food manufacturer, keeping our facility clean is a top priority and Brophy Services takes that responsibility as serious as we do. I have a long standing relationship with the team at Brophy Services and cannot say enough about them! They are professional and service oriented, offering a variety of commercial cleaning services that can truly fit every need. Services such as Kaivac for bathrooms, of which they are scheduled to do at our new commercial office location!

I have used Brophy Services for our floor care needs at our Optical Office for the last 8 years . The staff always goes above and beyond to meet our needs . Very flexible with scheduling and excellent work . We even had to use them for an emergency clean up and the response time and price can’t be beat . Great locally owned business, which I highly reccomend .

Too menu cooks everyone’s a manager -no cleaners -then one says this - one says that—it’s hard to work in this environment.if you make a mistake they threaten you and no one is very helpful . May have good cleaners but I advise —Do not work for this Conpany.
