We have triple-track storm Windows and aged double-hung sash Windows. In combination, they are a challenge to clean and at our ages (70s) we can’t do it anymore The crew from Emerald City, James and Dan, was efficient, effective, personable, professional and very hard working. They were at our home for a full workday. You get for what you are willing to pay for, and we certainly did. We’ll be repeat customers.

Awesome people, fantastic job. Kept us informed, arrived on time, even had to come back a second time to finish up which they didnt plan on. We are helping our Mom get her house ready to sell. Not sure her windows have ever been professionally cleaned. They were very dirty, film on many of them from weather, so much so, it looked as though the seals were bad. Not anymore! They are sparkling clean, best they have ever been. They also cleaned out a front gutter another company we hired missed and wouldnt come back since it was more than 30 days. Years of pine needles were in it.

Excellent window cleaning inside and outside as well as storm window cleaning and window screens. They look better than ever in this nearly 100 year old house where weve lived four years. The crew covered two floors, various types of windows and door glass, and worked efficiently for hours to get through them all in the better part of a whole day.

The two guys did a very nice job on the windows. They are now crystal clear. I have no complaints and will call them again next year. The only thing was that they didn’t put the curtains back up in one of the bedrooms so I will have to get a ladder and do it myself.
