Shop elsewhere. I was referred to this company and the work was fine, but for an out of state investor with multiple properties in the pipe I missed the email invoice. While the amount was nominal, the owners proceeded not just to email me, but also my real estate agent, and continue to CC her after she reiterated the it might not be the best practice to discuss one way matters and spread my business around. I mailed the check, but honestly, this is a great example of a small business that will always stay small due to tacky business practice. Send a hard copy of the invoices as a reminder, waste a stamp, and dont proceed to divulge customer information for the sake of your petty AR collections. In short, unless you want your agent, neighbor and potentially everyone in Syracuse to get you business, there are better options. My broker blacklisted them from her client referrals, and she has mostly out of state investors; many central NY properties are in need of assessments, but this firm should be who you send your D grade clients to.
