Great, professional, I loved seeing Dr. Watson. He did all my dental work in one visit. I was used to going back for multiple visits at all other dentists I had seen in the past. I only had to go in twice, once for my cleaning and xrays and once for my dental procedure. He saved me a lot of time and money!Great job!

Dr. Watson’s website says he does emergency visits. Experiencing extreme tooth pain I called him and begged for an appointment. He was beyond rude. He sounded as if I was bothering him (huffing and puffing) then said “well you have to pay for it”... when I asked if he takes insurance he said “not for emergency visits I don’t!”. I would recommend he takes emergency appointments off his website if he’s too bothered by emergencies to do them. Rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life and I will be sure to tell anyone and everyone I can to run.

Dr. Watson and his staff (Blair, Dak and Liz) are excellent in what they do. Always professional, polite and nice. They do a great job, I would highly recommend them.

Myself, my mother, and my mothers coworker all went to dr watson separately for a filling. He did not fully get rid of the entire cavity so the cavity ate away and ruined the tooth underneath the filling he put over it. He also did this during a root canal on me and I had to get surgery to correct the mistake. He did the same painful and expensive to fix mistake to three different people at different times. this was a few years ago so I dont know if hes corrected this habit but I do know that thanks to the ordeal I have horrible distrust of dentists.

Who would rate dentist visits a 5? Im rating the whole experience. Dental work can be traumatic 😱for most. Yet w/kindness Doc😷Watson, Nurse👩Liz etc, made me as comfy as possible.Todays BED SIDE MANNER of Dr. & Staff is a quality people NEED, a trait that is ever so declining these days. Thx for the smiles staff❗That being said hes a keeper! 😁👍

Great service, the staff out Doc Watson’s office are kind and very professional, Doc Watson is a Great Dentist ! He makes sure you are very comfortable and in no pain whatsoever, also unlike a lot of docs office visit, if your appt is at 4, that’s when you will be called in, or sooner, I have had a few appts there and never waited, called right in ! Again if your looking for a dentist, try Doc Watson’s office, after your first Visit, I’ll bet you will be looking forward to going back to see them, They also try really hard to work around your schedule, I have had appointments at 4;30pm, got in and seen the doctor, again the process from start to finish is painless,, you will not go wrong by visiting this office, call them, you will be happy you did !

Staff very professional. Worked with my insurance so there was no out of pocket expenses . Very nice too.

He’s the best dentist in Syracuse ny he know what he’s doing, him and his staff are very friendly they treat you like family, he’s the only dentist I would trust to work on my mouth
