Yeah, just want to Reiterate what the other guy said

Horrible customer service! My delivery was cancelled due to inclement weather and they didnt call to notify me. I was promised bydelivery the next day, but they didnt call back with a delivery time. I called back and was told all deliveries for the next day were canceled due to possible snow accumulation. This was an outright lie. Then she (Carla) back tracked and said only some deliveries were being made and there wasnt room on the truck. After 4 phone calls to the store and the distribution center and two hours of my time, the problem wasnt resolved. I asked to have my shipment sent to the store so we could pick it up, and was told they only deliver to residential addresses. Im sure that was also another lie. I will say that the employees at the store were helpful. It was just Carla at the Syracuse with distribution center that was rude and inconsiderate. Two days later a stove was delivered....not the one I ordered.

Building is well maintained. They have great employees and supervisors that help the need of everyone that works there.
