I bought a used work van from this company via an employee named Chris, and I could not have been happier with the process. He was accommodating well beyond expectations and always friendly. Every inquiry I made was met with a patient, detailed explanation, every conflict with a solution tailored for my convenience. I wish this was a standard mechanic shop so that I could come back here whenever the van needs work!
We give 5 stars to Syracuse Truck and Equipment. On a very short notice, our request for truck repair services on a weekend was accepted. It did not take them long to get us back on the road again at a very minimal and reasonable price. Not only was our U-Joint restored, but saved a yoke which would have cost us $300.00. To top their A-1 service, they adjusted the clutch and the brakes as part of their business goodwill to clients.👍👍👍👍👍 Syracuse Truck and Equipment. Your services are highly recommended.Thank you very much.Ben and Mary JewettTriune Trucking LLCColorado Springs, Colorado 80911
My company GTO (from Ohio) was in need to have breaks on a 53 trailer adjusted and we made contact with Syracuse Truck and Equipment. It started well as they were willing to take our driver in right away. However, once driver was there they stated that rear breaks needs to be replaced and they were asking outrages $500.00 for that job - 1 axle breaks !!!.Since they already did break adjustment for 1 axle we had to pay again outrages $106.00!!! Unbelievable what this repair store is charging - you just cannot stay in business while stores like this one is allowed to charge this much. We have done break adjustments at TA, Wingfoot and other places but were charged maximum of $30.00. All of you can do the math and see the difference! This is plain rip-off and they should be ashamed for doing it. We will never again give them any business and we are trying to let everyone else know our experience!
