After a mishap with UPS, I was in a rush to get time-sensitive documents delivered nearby. I spoke with Jen over the phone and she was amazing. She worked with me for an hour to get the documents together by email and even called to confirm when they were delivered a half-hour later. The price was also comparable to UPS overnight delivery. Thank you!
