Disappointing experience. I was in touch with this company for about a month setting up a house cleaning. The owner and other staff I spoke to seemed nice and accommodating. I had a phone call on a Monday setting up a cleaning on Thursday later in the week. We discussed possible times that could work but we didnt set a time. Last thing we said over the phone is that I would be texted the time that they will be there before Thursday.On the day of cleaning, without ever receiving a text about the time, I get a call that they are outside. I scurry to try to get somebody to be at the property but it didnt work out. The owner then calls me and proceeds to yell at me in a very unprofessional manner. She tells me that they are a million dollar company and I am lucky I was not charged a cancellation fee and that she could attribute my carelessness to my age (Im a student). I explained that I was never given a time and she tries to tell me otherwise. After all this she still thinks I want to reschedule– I took my business elsewhere.For a company that claims to be so professional and works on a schedule I was scolded at as if Im a child for a problem that was clearly a miscommunication/lack of communication on their end. If you are looking for a cleaning service in Syracuse, save yourself the headache and seek a different company.
