Got myself into trouble back in February so I called The DWI Guys and they returned my phone call in less than a couple minutes. Was completely taken advantage of by the managing partner Dennis. This form acted unethically by charging me for things they claim they did. They also maid a mistake on the first and only motion they filed and then charged me to correct it. So that’s charge me to do it incorrectly, then charge me again to submit it correctly, I hope at least. When I asked why aren’t we filing for dismissal based off my 6th amendment rights, he just avoided the question and told me I needed to complete and send in various forms without taking into consideration any of my concerns. I saw what was happening and requested a refund of what was in the retainer and he did not provide me with a finalized bill but told me very quickly that it would be a small refund. Would never recommend or hire this firm again and I will be making a formal complaint to the bar. No Firm, should be taking advantage of disabled people, especially during our countries time of crisis.

I am satisfied with the results but during the process it felt like my lawyer didnt even care about me. Eventhough I hire them a week prior my court date, I had to explain my situation to my lawyer like he didnt know anything about why he was there. My sanction was supposed to be 90 days of no driving privileges which turned out to be 210 days because of how long it took to solve the case. My lawyer even showed up later one time which caused us to wait a whole month before seeing to prosecutor again. In another word, they get results. I only had a not so great experience with one lawyer and that is why I gave them four stars. Even after I lost my job because of the incident, they are still willing to work with me about my remaining payments.

I must first and foremost say, I was truly treated like family since day one.. Due to my past history I knew I needed to hire someone I could trust, my aggravated dwi with a alcohol content of triple the legal limit, got me a few classes to take and at the end of the 7 week (once a week) course my license was restored. Not a single minute in jail and not a single day of probation. And even during my seven week course I was allowed a conditional license till I completed the class!
