I had been using State Farm Auto insurance for almost 2 years, and recently, I transferred to another company. Marie Vertigan, my old insurance agent had always been nice to me until the moment I decided to leave. After I told her that I wanted to cancel my insurance, she stopped being polite, started talking to me rudely, and refused to pick up my call. What a sudden attitude change! State Farm is a good insurance company, but this kind of agent made me very disappointed.
