One of the best facials I’ve ever had, Jenna was amazing. I came in needing some relaxation and she kept it quiet and relaxing (I hate when it’s constant conversation during the session). The products left my face so soft and clean. Definitely coming back!!

Booked with spazend after trying unsuccessfully to book treatments for 2 people at multiple other spas in the area. Cant recall his name but the gentleman who handled our booking was incredible. He truly wanted us to have a great experience from the start and definitely went out of his way to get us booked. My friend and I indulged in signature facials and full body massages and we both agreed that they were the best and most relaxing treatments weve ever had. Our esthetician and our massage therapist were very friendly and accommodating, and simply great at their craft. Will DEFINITELY be back again!!

I went into the office for a facial and a massage. The girls were really pleasant when I walked into the Spa. The atmosphere itself is very relaxing. They handed me a clipboard in which they asked a few questions, and it only took a moment to complete. I was handed a key and shown to the locker room where I had a nice robe and comfy slippers to slip into. There was refreshments and crackers available, for my short wait. The massage was 50 minutes and I was asked if there was anything specific I needed worked on. After the massage Brittany handed me a glass of water. Then off to my facial with Shakia (did I say how she gives the best facials), it was my first facial and I can not express in words how pleased I am. I will go there for now on and they can expect me to recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service and treatment. Your staff ROCKS

I just called to make an appointment and right off the bat I was asked to provide my credit card information in order to make an appointment so that they could charge me half the price of the appointment if I don’t show up. This was extremely unprofessional on so many levels! Definitely will never bother calling this establishment ever again!

After working a grueling 30 days straight, I had booked a long overdue massage at a day spa in Liverpool, only to be completely disappointed. Walked into an ice cold massage room displaying stained sheets, ended up being the worse massage of my life. And from a therapist who was seemed unfriendly, first time experiencing it at this location. I was so disappointed, I sat in my car and started desperately calling other spas to find an immediate opening. SpaZend answered, I told them my situation (without disclosing the name of the spa) and they took me right in. When I arrived the staff was very friendly & caring. All heard of my situation and made me feel extremely welcomed and expressed how my experience there would make up for it. It was wonderful, the therapist Susan was excellent, the facility was warm, clean and I left feeling totally relaxed and completely pampered! From here on out, Ill take no more chances. Just booked an afternoon massage for today :)

I went to the Soul Space open house this Thursday to tour the local alternative culture and stumbled upon a free 15min massage at SpaZend. It really surpassed my expectations. My therapists name was Patty and she did a fantastic job of relaxing me and giving an excellent massage that really made me wish I had more time with her. I look forward to coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation.

I work full time and have 3 little ones- always come out of this place feeling refreshed. Staff is nice and really knowledgeable about anatomy.

Staff was more then helpful in planning a surprise trip for my gf for a couples massage even getting 2 masseuses to come in early just for us! Great environment and atmosphere, massage was great even put us both to sleep! Lol will definitely be back!

I decided to try yoga for the first time. I was a little nervous but the teacher was great and helped me out when I needed it. It was very relaxing and a great work out all in one. Definitely going to go again!

I wish I could give SpaZend 10 stars. I have tried many, many spas and many massage therapists and SpaZend is among the best. Ive had massages, scrubs, wraps, facials, couples treatments, and foot treatments here over the past 5 years and every single time has been perfectly wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The massage therapists and aestheticians are terrific. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Dont go anywhere else if you are in the Syracuse area - this place is what you want!

I have been a client at SpaZend since it opened and have always had amazing service and great treatments. I highly reccomend the hot stone massage or aromatherapy. Being wrapped in hot towels is like being in heaven! So happy to have such a restful refuge in the heart of Syracuse.

This place was Amazing!! I will never go anywhere else. The staff were the friendliest people i have ever met.

I really hate when people try to insult my intelligence. I called and scheduled an appointment and was told they only had a 25 minute couples massage which I was ok with. They called back and said they could do a 50 minuet massage which was great. I was told to arrive at 3:15 my appointment was set for 3:30. I arrived and was told by the nice guy I was late. I told him he was wrong. I was told to be there at 3:15. Some chick name Brandy said she called me back to tell me 2:45 and they in the same breath she said SaKia ( I spelled that wrong ) called me back to change the time. Needless to say I will never drive from Fort Drum, NY to Syracuse for there services again.

Always an excellent experience and serene environment with every visit. The Thai poultice treatment is amazing!

The massage part was wonderful and the Therepist Lauren was amazing. i also had a facial and this is were it was bad. They ran behind by 20 minutes, are you kidding!! The owner runs the school upstairs and the preach about time management. Then to make it worse I paid for a 80 minute facial and only got a 65 minute one because they were behind they cut into my time. Grrrrr.... I definitely wont be going back since I did not get what I paid for.

I really love this place. I get monthly facials with Brittany now.
