Ive called 3 times. Nothing has been done yet. Im still waiting for someone to come and fix the problem. Im not sure how safe water and electricity work together. My opinion, they dont. To me, its not safe.

Its the Valley so the environment can be volatile!A neighbor got her door knocked and home robbed, for what they are asking the price is hit or miss for some they arent terrible homes but they arent renovated enough or secure enough in my honest opinion!

The environment and the price of rent is reasonable
