We hired 2 limo services for my wedding day. The first was to be a 9 passenger Sprinter van and the other a 29 passenger bus. The morning of my wedding I was waiting for the van to arrive when I saw the 16 passenger bus roll up. The driver (JP) told me the AC on the van wasnt working properly so I got the upgrade free of charge. The service for both my groomsmen was flawless and he then went and got my wife and the rest of her bridal party. Things couldnt have gone better. After the reception, JP rolled up in the 29 passenger bus and took us wherever we wanted. He was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would definitely use this company again!!!

Coming up on my one year anniversary I still remember the great service we received. I called and was taken care of very well. I reserved the rolls royce and stretch hummer for my wedding. My bridal parties driver Ron was the absolute BEST! Great Service and Great Prices!!! I will definitely be calling them for any events whether mine or people I plan events for!

I was recommended this company by a good friend, so we used them for a friends wedding. The driver couldnt have been more helpful. He pointed out things that didnt look right on the alter, was super helpful to the grooms and brides wedding parties, and the vehicle was spacious and elegant. We were all comfortable and had a great day.I would recommend this company highly. They run a good shop!

We had a Hummer limo for the bridal party and a 8 passenger white limo for the parents. They called to confirm a few weeks before the wedding and then the week before the wedding to make sure we didn t have any special requests. We even dropped off beer/liquor the Friday before the wedding so they could put it in cooler and guys didn t have to deal with it Saturday morning, plus it was cold for Sat! I cannot say enough good things about both drivers….they even helped me put on the cathedral part of my veil because I had no idea how and didn t realize it until I got to the wedding. We did an 8 hour wine tour at Seneca Lake for a Bachelor Party in the 14 passenger Party Bus. Great service, flexible, on time, Zeke the driver was the MAN, and American Limo helped me plan out and make reservations at the wineries. It was a great day of wine tasting and everyone enjoyed themselves. I would Highly recommend!!!

Had a good time, but dont be fooled with the 16 passenger limo. We could barely fit 11 with only 2 big guys. I would love to see them put 16 people in that limo.

Called to book a limo for a school event sponsored through the school. I called the company and spoke to a man the day before and he stated it would be fine I just needed to do finalize it the next day during regular office hours. I called back the next day and spoke to a woman. I told her all the details and the process of how we make payments via the school. She told me then I would not be booking it because she needs the full payments today. She was rude on the phone and this company would not be used by the school at all ever again.

I rented the 300 / Rolls Royce for my wedding day they were on time ready to go no problems the whole day picking everyone up back and forth both parties to venue then casino afterwards also had amazing driver money well spent

I reserved a limousine for my boyfriends 30th birthday in October 2013, and we would highly recommend American Limousine. The vehicle was a brand new, white stretch limo that sat 14. There was 13 of us, and we had more than enough room. The inside lit up with different colors. We reserved the limo for local bar hopping/dinner, and had a blast. I believe our limo drivers name was Brian? He called me the night before to confirm, and to plan out where we wanted to go. He was on time (even early) the night of the birthday. What I really liked was that he just had me text him when we were ready to leave one place, and hed pull up the limo for us. The night went so smoothly. We ended the night downtown, and he took a picture of us all in front of the limo. We will definitely use American limousine in the future. Make sure the vehicle has been inspected because ours CAUGHT FIRE. I just had an absolutely horrible experience with this company today. It started with a phone call at 8pm last night letting us know that food is not allowed in the limo, which is absurd. Then the 16-passenger car BARELY fit 13 average sized people. It was a very cramped and uncomfortable drive. Then, as we were driving, the driver was obviously experiencing some issues with the car. At one point there was a bad smell and smoke wafting in a rear window that was open. And later, after missing a couple of turns, the driver muttered that he was having a hard time stopping because of the weight in the car - but we were under the supposed max capacity. Finally, we heard a loud noise and smelled the burning smell again. We all thought it was a flat tire, but no, something happened to one of the rear tires and there was a small FIRE. Thankfully we were all able to get out and everyone was ok. The driver used a fire extinguisher to put out the fire. But a similar situation happened recently in California and several people were killed. There is no way this car has been properly maintained and inspected. I would never use this company again.

I called three times and got three different price quotes for the same day and same service. This basically tells me theyre making numbers up off the top of their head when you call. I wouldnt recommend working with this company, they feel sleazy and dont have their crap together.

Where to start?! Our limo driver Zeke was amazing! We used a bus for our wedding and had the best time. Zeke was such a sweetheart, me being the bride, he wouldnt let me do a dang thing. He grabbed the bags out of my hands, held my arm as I walked. He was on his game! He was funny, not quiet at all and drove us around till we were ready to head to the ceremony. I can not say enough great things about him! THANKS Zeke!!!!

Rude. I called to get a quote and the woman was short and rude over the phone. She spoke to me like I was 1. Stupid 2. A child. Definitely will not be calling them back to book anything.

Best Limo company in Syracuse. Have used them for everything, bachelor party, my wedding, wine tours, etc. Always had exceptional service. Defin recommend!!

Paid $270 for a one hour transport from the Syracuse Airport. Climate control malfunctioned in car which froze the passenger. Owner refused to issue any credit saying despite the freezing conditions, the system did work BEFORE the pick up so it wasnt their fault. Paid a hefty rate for a comfortable experience that we did not get. Very poor business practice. OWNER DID CALL BACK & ISSUED A SMALL CREDIT W/ APOLOGY.

I was given a rate for airport sedan service and I booked the ride. The day before the service, I got an email saying the rate was increased to an unreasonable amount of money for the short 10 minute ride (almost $170.00). Would not recommend working with this company.
