Jack is full of life. Tracy is a great massager & a hard worker...great atmosphere!

I have been going to Jacks for well over 7 years and have NEVER had a bad experience (salon is always clean and professionally run). When I walk in the door, everyone knows my name and they all give me a warm welcome. Jack is always as cheery as can be! Regarding the service, its always been great. My nails/toes last for at least two plus weeks (toes, even longer). Its convenience because I go on my lunch break and I can get a gel manicure and be in and out in less than an hour. My favorite is the 10 min massage. Keep up the great work to Jack and his team.

Best place to pamper yourself. They are the kindest most professional workers of any nail salon I have ever been to. Cleanest environment. My sister has been going there for 10 years and now I know I will never go anywhere else. 5 stars is not enough!!

I Got a be honest. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to review the place because I feel bad but I couldn’t leave not too because i had such a bad experience. I had an acrylic fill-in with regular nail polish and pedicure. Jack did all of my nails but he was rough and cut 3 cuticles open on my fingers and I was bleeding a little bit. It hurt me for 3 days long. He files my nails and on top of my cuticle after which hurt because they were already damaged by him and on top of that some acetone ughh. Very rough. This was just bad and unacceptable. The next thing is he did a bad job with the nail polish it just wasn’t good like I always get in other places it was uneven. I also paid 5$ extra for the more better nail polish on my feet and hands and both the nail polish and acrylic starts chipping already within a week. I’m sorry but I never come back. I regret spending 70$ there. People can be nice but I rather have good service.

If I could Not give this place any stars I would. The owner Jack has been smiling and saying hello and good byes to his customers for years, including me. Today I stopped by for mani and pedi as usual. My pedi was a special spa period and it took a bit longer than usual, 1 hr exactly which I many places considered ok. After pedi was completed Jack told me that he cannot do mani(gel) because it took too much time for me to have pedi. He was rude. I let him know he couldnt treat his customers like this and he did not apologizeThats the end. Dont go to him because you never know when he will let you down just like he did to me today. He is not reliable.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Perfect place for Manis and pedis.
