Recently the company made a mistake of charging me over $500 despite the fact that my account should’ve been closed because I chose to pay a set amount instead of continuing my monthly payments. They did agree to begin the refund process, but they were extremely rude & continuously blamed me for the incident instead of taking any sort of responsibility. It’s unsettling for me because I have no guarantee that my account was in fact closed as of yet & because of this situation I am facing a few issues due to the snowball effect of the money being drained from my account. I honestly hope that this never happens to anyone else & that one day maybe something will change the “manager’s” disgusting attitude. I also hope that the refund actually comes through because I would rather not ever have to deal with them again.
HORRIBLE!!! I called to inquire about 20 mins ago and this hostile “customer service rep” was so hostile didn’t want to explain anything was so rude and started to argue with me “why are you asking if I already told you? He said -l! I’m not arguing etc etc” and in a calm tone I asked again “Why are you arguing with me?” He hung up on me! I was just trying to set up payment arrangement and ask about the 2017 medical charge that he had no info on. Horrible customer service ! I was just trying to pay my bill! SMH debt collection agencies running off people that are trying to make it right. Don’t understand what his problem was, maybe he was in a rush to clock off and go home because I called back right away and after selecting my option I was hung up on multiple times. If you aren’t happy with your job or just not happy, don’t make others unhappy for no reason. You are in the wrong field buddy. But I hope your day gets better! Call went out at 6:55 central time from Dallas so whoever was working that shift, you need more training or go somewhere else. Geez just trying to make a payment

I just disputed and won fraudulent charges from these SCAMMERS trying to ruin my credit and take my money. They didnt provide me an account number, a bill or any information about where these charges came from because...they were FAKE. DONT PAY them anything until you investigate with the original creditor (aka not these third party scammers). Youll save a lot of money this way!
Who really likes a debt collector especially in this times before this covid that hit us all on this planet. I took care of a bill so it wouldnt hurt my credit. This company shows up two months after with the same that it starts attacking us doing the pandemic. Im communicating with them to make sure they remove this. Not nice to do that. What gives you the right to do that?
Reported me to Trans Union . I was never sent a bill nor was I provided an account number. They should be shut down
They came out of no where for some zombie medical debt from when my husband was really young, should have been covered under insurance but something went wrong. My husband & I had pulled for a mortgage loan & all of a sudden they started sending him letters & eventually put some old bill on his credit, trying to ruin our mortgage loan so he would pay. But guess what, we still closed & got our house & didn’t have to pay you!!Good try.
Let’s get real. No one likes a debt collector. However, my experience with them was wonderful compared to others. They are not a scam. When I finally got someone who spoke English, they were kind and informative, They also let me settle for a lesser amount and make multiple payments.
Another vote for zero stars if I could. Recently I was trying to clean up some issues on my credit report. I was referred to this office by a telephone number on my credit report. I called their office, and my call was answered by a Mr. Johnson, who was extremely rude, belligerent and aggressive with me. He refused any negotiations with me other than arrangements for multiple payments, which was unacceptable to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused to do that. I then called back their office, informed them that I wished to have no further dealings with them, and asked for the direct number to the creditor so that I could deal directly with them. I called the creditor and advised them of the rude treatment that I had received from DRS. After all of that, I received a subsequent collection notice from DRS. I am seriously considering a lawsuit against both DRS and the creditor (Orion Portfolio Services) under FDCPA at this point.

They have always been very respectful even worked out an affordable payment each month with me when I have asked for any paperwork they have always been on top of it. Talked to several representatives there they have always been kind and helpful.
Okay so this isn’t a rant because they’re a collections agency. This is a rant about my experience dealing with them. An account with them appeared on my credit score and I’ve been trying to verify where it came from. I haven’t received any letters, any phone calls, or any attempts to recover the debt. I called the the hospital where this supposed debt came from and they cannot find where it came from. I’ve also called the many numbers the billing department at the hospital gave me and none of them have been able to verify it. So I finally caved and called Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC and was very rudely hung up on. I asked if there was another way to verify who I am without giving them my social security number. When I said I would not give my ss number to anyone especially over the phone, the representative hung up without even saying he was ending the call. I’m sorry but I called you! I’m trying to find out what’s going on since I haven’t received anything from this company. Will be disputing it from my credit.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! I recently spoke with Mr. John Donnell and he was absolutely RUDE! Not only could he not provide me with the telephone number to the hospital that sent my information he also HUNG UP ON ME TWICE when i asked to speak with a supervisor. He had an absolutely rude tone and spoke very hostile with me. His customer service was disgusting but on the other hand, the young lady from my first account was extremely pleasant. I guess I’ll never get to speak with a supervisor because it keeps routing me back to John Donnell and he keeps hanging up.
It’s funny they came right after me after I try to open up a mortgage loan through Quicken loans I think somethings is fishy
They renew the debt yearly. The original debt occured in 2014, but now says renewed in May 2019 on my credit report. The orginal debt occured nearly 6 years ago now. If I recall correctly, the debt is supposed to drop off after 6 years...how is that supposed to happen if they continue to renew the date?
Already reported them to Trans Union Equifax and Experian you guys are a bs collection agency, fake collections that were paid off from years ago! I deal with people like you all the time!
I dont know these people but they have called and made threats towards me. Know they are on my credit report. Not cool
DRS Solutions over the past two months has called my residence 12 times yet everytime I return the call to notify them I am not in their system, Juanita hangs up on me, Matthew Schwartz takes my info down and promises to not have them call me, Zach gets an email from me twice....And the calls just keep on coming.
Worked with me to pay off my debt. Offered for me to pay half of the total debt at $25 pet month. Worked well for me.
