First visit, went in for a kids mani pedi. They have the small pedi chairs. Fair price. Nice experience for my daughter. Only 3 stars due to cleanliness, could be better.

First time here today called to make an appointment was told to come in for 12 I arrived 15 minutes early to pick my color and not once was I greeted walking in or sitting waiting. I waited for about 5 minutes and then decided to leave I went down the street to Best Nails and they were so nice and welcomed me in right away!

Spent 47$ for simple white medium sized gel coffin style nails...half of the nails are angled on one side for the style i wanted while the other side of the same nail is straight. Waste of money

I have to say they are quick.. but the quality of work is not that great. My nail polish is already chipped and never does with gel and he filed my nails after he put on the polish??

2 days with $42 GEL and it’s peeling off. The shape was wrong and the color wasn’t black. I could see through the “black” I asked for a simple spider web and it looked like a basket(I also had a picture). Don’t go to this place not worth the wait, money or time.

Went to get a fill done at 6pm (close at 7pm) waited 36 mins until getting in a chair. Esther was on her cell phone talking the entire time even pausing on removing my polish to get her credit card from her purse... I asked for coffin shaped nails & she said ok. Well, while she was doing my nails I noticed they were nothing close to coffin shape & were extremely short never mind different shapes & lengths. I nicely asked why they look so short & she said it’s what I asked for. When the nail tech realized that I was unhappy the owner was contacted by her and he refused to come back to the salon after leaving 10 mins prior. Esther then took her belongings and left without my nails done correctly or painted. Then another nail tech saw what happened and tried her best to rectify the situation, still unhappy I had to pay. I had to pay $22 for an unsatisfied nail job. When I called back to speak to the owner after vacation, which was two days later he refused to rectify the situation and refused to refund my money and I stated to him that I was unhappy with the quality with the customer service and job performance of Esther and wanted my refund & he said “what the hell do you want your money back for?” and did not even offer to fix the situation or re-do the nails. I do not recommend them for lack of communication and poor service skills. I wouldn’t even recommend them to someone I didn’t like.

They only got one star because I can’t put zero. 4 mani/pedis. My friends nails were touched by 4 different people. And we all finished at different times. Mine were shaped terribly. When asked to reshape I got an attitude. The only thing I like about my nails is the color. Won’t be back and don’t recommend

Ive been to quite a few nail salons in the area. All are different but this was one of the worst. I was unimpressed by the service I got here. The girl who did my pedi was so soft spoken that I couldnt understand a word she said. The massage and exfoliation were subpar, she acted like she never touched a foot before, just gentle to the point of utter laziness and not trying. The leg massage is basically them tapping your calves for a fee seconds then applying lotion. I will never waste my money coming here again. I believe the employees either slack off when the owner isnt around, or just dont give a damn about quality of work in general. They seem unskilled and uncaring about customer satisfaction. It didnt help that the chair I sat in was dirty. They need to deep clean the seats, armrests and cupholders. It was off-putting that she didnt have the workstation prepped before I sat down, and the place was mostly empty. The decor and ambiance is bright, pretty and unique by not as clean as it should be, but if they are going to do a half ass job then whats the point? Go somewhere else, trust me.

I like this place because they are so close to home, but I’ve had enough. Almost every gel manicure I receive chips off or peels off without a problem. This last time was my final time there. Not only are my manicures continuously sloppy- the owner has very inappropriate conversations with his guests that others can hear. Not recommended, at all.

***DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON! As others have said customer service is horrendous. Made a 10:00 appointment 5 days ago for a pedi and dip, was not seen until 10:40, and left the salon at 12:00, 2 hours!! Not to mention the technician took smoke breaks in between doing my nails and did not wash his hands, DISGUSTING. Within 4 days I have 3 broken nails and the rest of the nails have a cracked effect. I called and spoke to the owner to explain the issue prior to coming in to be proactive and avoid a long wait again,and he said just come in tomorrow. I just walked into the salon and stated we spoke on the phone yesterday, and he instructed me to come back in 4 hours. When I told him that didn’t work for my schedule which is why I called, his employees gave me dirty looks and said he doesn’t know what to tell me. Now I know why this salon has such terrible reviews, no one has time to be treated rudely, pay for nails that last 4 days, and have to go around the salons schedule for their mistakes.

Awful!!!! They are so rude, and don’t even pay attention to you. I asked them to fix my nails and they gave me a huge attitude!!

I went last Sunday, and honestly wouldn’t go again. I had a oppintment for 2:30 but I was waiting for an hour after. People came in after me and went before me. The guy made me pay more then I should, and the nails aren’t the best.
