Whoever was answering the front desk phones today (3/4) in the Swansea MA post office is an amazing human being! I accidentally put in the wrong address to ship two items and didn’t realize it until they were almost being delivered!I called and not only was he extremely polite but he took down my information and helped me with the problem! One of the packages already arrived no problem! Thank you so much!USPS has been under so much pressure and I’m sure they deal with rude phone calls and problems all day... but despite that this person still helped me solve a problem very important to me in such a kind manor and I am so thankful!Be kind and respectful to all USPS workers!

If I could review my carier and the employee who delivers packages I would review them as 5 stars.However, whenever I come here there is an obscene line if one employee is in the front. The guy isnt even wearing a mask and interacting with public. Not only is this not the time for casual talk as were in the middle of a pandemic, its also a health risk as I wait line for a ridiculous chat.

Very helpful staff that do a fantastic job all year round even when the lines are long the try set a cheerful atmosphere.

This is the best Postal office in the state. Chris provided exceptional customer service that I have ever had at a post office.

How about picking up the phone? Guess Ill never find out if you sell the 200 boxes I want.
