Everything started out good. But they ended up killing part of my lawn. After weeks of them not getting back to me, nothing happened.Then after a month I contacted them and was told they are no longer servicing my lawn due to NO ESTABLISHED TURF.So basically they will kill your yard and then drop you as a customer to avoid having to fix their mistake.AVOID at all COSTS.This is the portion of the lawn that wasnt damaged.

This company is a total fraud. They never show up, and your lawn looks worse then before you hired them. When it comes to taking care of my lawn I can never seem to get a hold of anyone who knows anything at this company. But when it comes to charging me for extra hidden services, oh boy do they sure know how to find me then. Ive been called no less then 10 times in a year to add new expensive services to my lawncare, yet somehow no one seems to think KILLING THE WEEDS is at all important. Total rip off.

This company was one of the worst experiences with ANY business I have used. I contracted with them in February and in May I got a notice from my HOA about fining me for my weeds. They didn’t come out during the month of April. I called to cancel and the person told me my next treatment would be free. And they would put me on the list for ASAP treatment. She was super nice. 3 missed appointments later (no call no show) I called to cancel after buying my own lawn care stuff. I was told they would take me off the schedule and have someone call me back.No one called, they treated the lawn and charged me!! I called back and after a long conversation where they tried to keep my business I was told that she didn’t have the power to issue a refund (and once again) someone else would have to do it. They have all been super nice. The issue is they won’t cancel, come when they say they will or GIVE MONEY BACK!! I have no faith they will refund my account so I’m about to cancel my credit card and dispute it with VISA! Now on to file a Better Business Complaint!!!

I signed up both lawn care and turfbot service with Weedman and it’s the best decision I have made. I love how my lawn looks since these guys took over. They give free visits if you are not happy with results …

It took longer than expected for them to start service. But once they did, they have been on time. I unexpectedly had weeds pop up in my yard, but they have come out to treat them A timely manner We will see what happens now

I trusted the good Google review score and how wrong I was! Overpriced, and not worth the money. Stop by my lawn for 45 seconds for $74 application service. 45s!!! I time them with my camera system. Not even do a full walk on my lawn! The worst part? Weed still there after 3 weeks! Fraud company!

We used The Weed Man for a year after we purchased our new build home. During that first year we were constantly battling weeds and having Retreats due to the techs not using their chemicals properly (or at all.) We would receive calls saying our brand new sod needed to be dethatched, that we had fungus on plants we did not have, and evidence of cinch bug issues that were only mentioned once but never again. When we received the renewal which was significantly higher than our first year, we decided to cancel. The individual that reached out to us about our renewal really did try to save the account but we decided to part ways, except that wasnt ever entered into their system. We prepaid for the first year and certainly did not expect to see The Weed Man on our property again since we cancelled and they were not paid but they came out in January to treat our yard and have sent subsequent invoices for services that were not only cancelled but no longer wanted. We called to address the outstanding invoice and the representative said she would just send it to collections since services were provided. We cancelled again at that time. The very next day, The Weed Man was back at it with our yard again and subsequently creating a second bill for services that were not wanted. I called again on 2/19 to cancel again! Since 2/19, we have received 4 calls to ask how they are doing, the quarterly lawn service was provided twice within a 1 month span and now I have received a text asking me to rate the service and they will take $10.00 off our bill. So thank you Weed Man for the opportunity to earn a credit against the invoices that should have never been billed.

Weedman has been servicing our lawn for 10+ years now, and at 2 different houses! Weve been very pleased with them and they are always responsive if we have a question or an issue. Highly recommended!

This is the absolute WORSE, that I have ever experienced. I literally saw the worker come out of his truck with a small back pack style container and a hand held application sprayer, spray both sides of the sidewalk and jump in his truck ignoring the rest of 1ACRE of my property TWICE). Other companies would be on our property for about 40 minutes. He was here for 4 minutes. Got the evidence on the ring video. Ive complained 5 times and now they neither return phone calls, texts or bother to show up. It has caused irreversible damage with weeds that are too mature and too late in the season to kill.im also ticked off, especially with the fact that the lawn in covered with prickly weeds that you cant dare to step barefoot on it. Our lawn is the WORSE on the street and they dare to put their sign on our property...with pride. Such a disgrace and disappointment.

The gimmick. Weeds will not go away and lure to get services. Never use them again just charging for water. Will try to sell additional services and get your money. There are other companies out there who may do the better job.

I had Truegreen for two year on a brand new lawn. My grass was never green. Not two treatments into Weedmans service our grass came back to life and it is now full, green and beautiful. Pricing is wonderful. Service is on time. Fantastic.

Weedman has done a good job. You do have to stay on top of it and for best results you need to inspect your yard a couple of weeks after each treatment. If you still have weeds you have to call them and they will come out and retreat for free.

Weed Man Lawn Care has been taking care of my lawn now for the last couple months and I must say, the results are already outstanding! I had weeds growing all through my front lawn, my grass was looking brown in alot of spots and the grass was also patchy. Two months in and the difference is already very noticeable. Ive been very happy with the results but also even more so with the customer service they provide. I would absolutely recommend giving them a chance if youre on the fence about weed control and other lawn maintenance.

Anytime I have had any kind of issue all I have to do is send a text or give them a call and they come right out. They do what they say they are gonna do and that’s rare these days! Highly recommend them!

I have used Weedman for over a year now and have been very pleased with their service. they are attentive to what needs ti be done and listen and answer questions. If I have an issue they will be out the next day if possible. I always know when they plan to come as they call the day before.

Initially, I was overall pleased with the service, product quality and the somewhat ok pricing. They helped to improve my lawn and was looking forward to working with them this year to take my lawn to a higher level of health and aesthetics. However, before the winter months, I received this special offer to help protect my lawn during the colder months. All I needed to do was reply with a call or email and the service would begin, as wellas, the special offer pricing. I never replied to get the offer, but was billed for additional treatments. When I saw the billing error for the 1st one, I CALLED and there was no resolution. They came out again and billed me again. This time I called and EMAILED. The extra treatments ceased. Great...right? No. They did not refund me my money even though i never called in to confirm their SPECIAL OFFER. I feel stolen from and no one will call me or email me back. I remember when I initially signed up to be a customer....they would call 2x a week. Now, they are on silent. Contacting the BBB.
