Agree with all of these 1-star reviews. No stars, if possible. The owner is so unprofessional, rude, hostile, and Im shocked that shes still in business. I have never met or worked with a person or company so incredibly rude before. On the plus side, Im that much more grateful for the people and companies I work with/for that show a basic level of respect, professionalism, and decency :)

Is it possible to give less than one star? Karen, evidently the owner, is rude and impatient. I wanted to discuss staff for the upcoming Super Bowl in Atlanta, which could have netted her thousands, but she is incapable of any friendliness. HEY KAREN....the customer is always right

NO NO Stay away! She issued me a FAKE check for payment! Karen Eastwood/TSE Promotions also did the exact same thing to me when I inquired about payment. She told me ONLY to send images of the obviously phony check, but did not advise me where to send it and called me uncooperative when I sent the pictures to the phone we had been communicating on! But I told her that my son is a lawyer (he is, a DA!), and I got a new check pronto. She wrote me an email after she mailed a REAL check calling me ungrateful and unkind. WHAT? If she is also rude to clients, I wonder how she survives. My guess is she needs psychiatric help. She is destroying her business and trying to take others down with her. Oh, and she said I was the one who owed an apology! Excuse me? I was the one who had to first wait 5 weeks to get payment, then wait longer for a non-fake check. She offered no apology and no timeframe as to when a new check would arrive. Insane! She also yelled at the girl that was working with me because she didnt understand if she was to get a meal at the event or not!

I have been working with TSE for almost 10 years and I can recommend this company for great service and reliability. Have never had any issues. I work for a fortune 500 company and will continue to use this company.

Had an emergency, was in the hospital, and was unable to host an event. I received rude and childish messages from Karen. Lacks empathy and compassion. Unprofessional to say the least.

Very rude! I received a call saying “I’m from TSE staffing” and I asked if she could simply refresh my memory on what agency this is exactly and she said “you know what.. have a nice day. Good bye!!” With such disrespect! And hung up on me! Being a full time promo model I work with several different agencys and company’s so knowing what TSE is of the top of my head, I think is very unfair.. I don’t want your business anyways if this is how you treat people.

The woman I spoke to at TSE Staffing was very rude and unprofessional! I was taken aback because Ive never dealt with a company with such a lack of kindness towards a potential client or contractor. It was disappointing, but there are many other staffing companies that I can work with as another reviewer pointed out.
