I requested a quote from this company and they refused to provide me with a quote unless I told them which company I currently had insurance with and how much I am paying. Never in my life have I ever had to provide that information to get an insurance quote. I spoke to the owner, Bob Chandler, who hung up on me today after I told him to send me a quote without that information. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend giving them your business.

They helped me get started again after a divorce. But a plan together on car, home and other things. For over ten years they have been with me hunting down best value and price on car with home ins. With only one income they understood I needed a price I could afford. Any changes they have informed me of and wish me happy Birthday, every year. If I need information i just call or email. Hey everyone,I just wanted to post a little shout out to Bob Chandler over at North Atlanta Insurance in Suwanee. Jade, my daughter, just got her drivers license, so we began shopping for auto insurance. The lowest I could find using the internet was more than $275/month, however the majority of the companies I shopped gave me quotes in excess of $400/month... just for my daughter! I asked Bob if he knew any better options, and within a day he found much better rates. In the end, Bob added my daughter to my policy for an increase of only $117 over 6 months. Thats $19.50/month instead of $400/month. And it is with one of the highest rated companies in the U.S.. Amazing work, Bob Chandler!
