Ive been with Allstate for over ten years. I have five cars (five drivers) and two houses on my policy. Theyve been very pleasant over the years. But you find out what you have when you need them. And thats where the problems came. My 2020 car had damage due to something I ran over. To save money, Allstate said they wanted to send a used gas tank to my repair shop. It cost me a few extra days. I agreed. The tank they sent over was very damaged. So then I had to wait for a new one. In all, the Allstate mistake cost me two weeks. All I asked was they get me a rental during that time. They refused, even though it was their mistake. I told them if they dont get the car, then they should eliminate the $500 deductible. They said no to that as well. Bottom line: there was absolutely no effort to make right their two-week mistake. I was surprised, to be honest, and very disappointed.

I love this group of professionals. Cathy and the team are very responsive and have the heart to teach. They consider your best interests as if it were for themselves. I love their customer service. This is the reason I have not went with another group or insurance provider.

Love dealing with this agency. Always in a great mood or pretends to be anyway. Helpful know matter the problem, (trouble with bill), ( fault or not at fault). I know they will handle it. Been to bat for me 2 times for not at fault accidents that the police said could go either way and they got them in my favor. And usually hours or days faster than I could have ever expected. Very little torn around of employees. I have been asking for the same 3 cheerful ladies for 10 years.
