We had rats in our crawlspace and attic. The salesman Kevin was very helpful, friendly, and answered all my questions thoroughly. The field folks Travis K and Michael C that came out were very professional and super helpful in explaining what they were doing and what the issues were. They were courteous and followed up when the project was done to make sure I understood how they fixed my issue. Id recommend them again. They were a little on the higher side in terms of price compared to others, but it was worth it to know I wont have the issue again and can warranty it for the next 10 years.

New Service...Short Lived!I usually dont write bad reviews and leave it to God to take care of poor business practices, but this one is pretty necessary.A sales guy came out for a consultation. Based on his assessment, we were good for an initial treatment and quarterly service thereafter. During the consultation, we were told the initial treatment would include inside, outside, attic, garage and the tech would clear any cobwebs from the exterior of our home. The tech sprayed inside and out - and was done within 20 mins. There were still cobwebs outside of home, there was no treatment in the attic or garage... but my husband and I didnt complain. We received an invoice for $200, which included the initial fee and a one time exterior ant treatment fee for an ant problem the sales guy NEVER mentioned. On the day of service, once the tech finished his 20 minute walk through, we signed the docs thinking we were agreeing that the tech was here and did in fact provide a service. We had NO CLUE we were signing something agreeing to pay for treatment for an ant problem we never had! That is our bad for not thoroughly reading the docs before signing, but their management was not willing to budge on it. They have certainly gained 100 bucks, but lost a customer! May be a drop in the bucket for them, but hopefully this helps other potential customers know to read their paperwork before signing anything with these guys. Trust is EVERYTHING

Learned a recently purchased house had a wildlife policy and they wanted money to produce it for the new home owners. Property has a rat infestation. Why pay to see the policy when they obviously havent done their job?

They were really great for an unbeatable price. I just wished their salesman gave us all the options from the start. Like covering the gutters vs using galvanized steel. Still very happy with them and would highly recommend.

Customer with them for over 15 years for quarterly termite inspection. Over the years we have had about 3 agents and the first (2-3) were very respectful, courteous, and thorough. The latest agent we have had for a couple years. He has not been very good and we had to follow up with management about his inspection performance because we suspected he was not checking the traps properly because they were covered with leaves the day he would visit. But the real issue is this week, when he came out without knocking on our door to let us know he was at our property, even though there was a car in our driveway. Consequently, our dog charged at him barking in the back yard because I didnt know he was there, and he was unapologetic for the unannounced visit, was defensive saying that no one ever answers the door so he didnt bother when I said that he should let us know hes there so we dont let out our dog, and overall he was very rude in his communication style. I called the company to speak with a manager about this two times by phone, but the manager was never avail, and I have yet to get a call back! I think his name is Michael but not sure. Service has gone down-hill and if this is how a long-time customer is I would not be seeking them out as a new one. IT HAS BEEN SIX DAYS SINCE I LEFT THIS REVIEW AND NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY HAS RETURNED MY CALL. BE WARNED. I AM NOT A REGULAR GOOGLE REVIEWER TRYING TO EARN POINTS. I AM JUST A LONG-TIME CUSTOMER OF THIS COMPANY WHO HAS BEEN TREATED POORLY.

I originally had an inconvenience during one of the services I had serviced but operations management handled it kindly and swiftly. Scott really went above and beyond to be supportive, engaging and used it as lessons learned for the business. As someone who works in service relationship management for a living, they handled in a way I would have with my own clients and I really appreciate the kind approach taken. Challenges can happen anywhere, it’s how they’re handled that show the integrity of a company and those that represent the business. For this I decided to keep my contract with them and would personally recommend them.

First Michael is amazing! That must be said. Hes my field agent. Regarding the office, there has never been a time where I called to schedule service and my scheduler was available. I rarely get a call back. It takes an average of me calling 3 times to schedule a visit. Lee, the sales rep was charming. He told me there was evidence of squirrels in my attic. That cost me $1200 for the initial wildlife fee and an annual renewal of $150. Did I mention, no squirrel or any other animal was ever trapped. Then, the pest control, which is what I called for, was $299 initially and $47 monthly. Our pest control bill annually is higher than 12 months of cable and internet combined! The amount of bugs in the house has decreased substantially. Ill be shopping for a new provider once this year ends. If youre a financially focused consumer like I am now, please shop around.

Travis was AWESOME! He arrived on time and was professional & thorough. In fact, he found four areas where critters were getting into my basement that no other tech had found! After he left there was a knock at my door and there was Travis again, asking if I knew the owner of a German Shepherd wandering on my street. THIS GUY! He couldve just left for his next appointment, but he took the time to take a picture of the dog for me to post on our neighborhood Facebook page. Already the pic is circulating and Im sure the dog will soon be reunited with its owner. Great job identifying the source of my critter issue AND great job being a good samaritan! I was absolutely panicked when I discovered a swarm of yellow jackets in my mother’s kitchen, and Peachtree acted FAST. They were booked, but they sent Tom the VP out on his way back from another job since he was in the area. I called Peachtree because of the great reviews I read about them through our neighborhoods referral posts and because I had critters running around in my attic. They came out and found a mother squirrel with her babies, got them safely removed and sealed up the hole. Turns out there were other rodents still making my attic their home and Peachtree not only worked constantly and tirelessly to eliminate these pesky critters but I cant say enough about their response time, their so very pleasant and accommodating personalities and their success at eliminating all pests. A huge shoutout to Steve Smith, the original salesperson who kept in constant contact with me to ensure my happiness and satisfaction. Usually a salesperson does the sales then you never hear back from them again but not the case with Steve Smith. The person who came out to do the quote was excellent, And the person who came out the first time was excellent. My rating is not for the excellent information and work that these 2 gentlemen have done so far. My review is for the fact that 1) they will have to come back to complete the work -- the time allowed for the work should include a variance to allow for extra time in case the person runs into something not anticipated and 2) the billing should NOT BE ISSUED and DATED until the work is completed. -- Dont bill someone until the work is completed and make sure the bill is dated with the final completion date.

While I have been much happier with this company than I was Terminix. The communication about when people are coming to service my home has been spotty. If I hadn’t have called last week I wouldn’t have known anyone was coming. Also, during the process of doing my wildlife inclusion it seemed as if no one was communicating with each other. Someone would show up and ask me why they were there. I am not a pest control expert I was unsure. It took several visits for everyone to actually know what is going on. I would prefer if only one Or 2 people maybe were working on my house rather than 4 different guys who don’t communicate with each other. I am overall happy with the services and my pest problem is much better now.

Terry Jones came out today and spared no expense checking everywhere he could and telling me all about what to look for and expect. As it turned out, we didnt have any more issues but that wont stop me from calling PeachTree if I have any issues again. Very kind, timely and knowledgeable.

In my most recent service Scott G., Wildlife Specialist, took care of the nasty yellow jackets that were getting into my home thru the vent fan in the bathroom. He added me to his already full day & came basically after hours to save me from being attacked/stung, as more & more were coming in. He came back a few days later to seal the outer areas & screen the vent opening so that bees, and also bats, cannot get in thru that area now. I sleep much better!

He is always on time and provides great expertise on issue I may have at the time. He has educated me on the type of bugs around and inside my new house. I left a detailed message w/company and on screen regarding my wasp problem and in my absence (at a doctors appointment) Marlin showed up and left his calling card and handwritten note of his observations and his treatment to the areas of my concern -- my porch umbrella which has been congregated with wasps for the past few weeks. He detailed the area and opened the umbrella for airing. When I returned home I found the note and calling card neatly situated in my front screen door. I went out on my porch to observe without so much as one wasp lingering in my area. I took that as a good job well done.

Signed up for service on my rental property, which is to receive treatments quarterly. The Sales rep stated I could cancel at anytime, just needed to let them know before the renewal period (26th every 3rd month).With this being rental property it was set up that the tenant could only call in to request the no cost service. The tenants name is even listed as tenant on my invoice, so Peachtrees system must have it listed this way as well. My tenants called in for the no cost service last week, service was performed on 5/14. I called in today, 5/18, to cancel the service. Was told that Peachtree treated my house for the quarterly service with the no cost service and stated my tenants requested the quarterly service. This is a flat out lie because my tenants have NO knowledge of the service I signed with Peachtree, other than to call in for the no cost service when needed.My service started on 11/26 and was supposed to renew on the 26 every 3 months thereafter. Peachtree opted to bill me for the quarterly service on 5/14 so they didnt have to return to my house in 2 weeks for the quarterly treatment. Their office is 2.6 miles from my rental property, which they will probably pass by 100+ times between 5/14 and 5/26.Peachtree did not call me to authorize it and billed me for $80 2 weeks early. This is a good way to eliminate your customers ability to cancel service, huh??Peachtree is just another morally challenged company who will take advantage of situations whenever it conveniences them.....all for the almighty dollar.Noah - let me know your thoughts about the next time you try to cancel something but the vendor decides to opt you in 2 weeks early. I bet youll be as perturbed as I am. The Golden Rule.......look it up.

I has worked with an assortment of contractors over the years and I have never had anyone deliver as well as these guys did. I had squirrels that ate their way into my 3story home. They fixed the damage and sealed the house in one day, they were on time and well organized. There is a lot of people out there doing animal control, but these guys are a really standup company who care about the customer

Got two bids on squirrel removal/prevention. Peachtree followed up so I went with them. Tis the season for squirrels so the work got scheduled a little further out than I preferred.The techs arrived early despite the rain and worked all day in the rain. I half thought they would reschedule but no. They were informative and courteous. They had to complete the job a few days later due to some unforeseen circumstances and showed up when they said.So far so good...5/5!

On 3/7/2019 at approx 1145 hrs, a gentleman by the name of Desmond came out to my home to inspect some traps that were left during my initial assessment, for a possible squirrel invasion in my attic. Although Desmond works in termite control department, he was very intelligent enough to answer all of my questions and put my wife and I at ease. He was very professional and helpful during his visit. Because of Desmond, we look forward to doing more business with Peachtree Pest Control, it’s evident that they hire quality personnel that are cross-trained in various pest control area.

Had a termite inspection done for my home refinancing. They accommodated my odd schedule because of my job. They gave a time between 9am and 11am and they arrived 10 min before 9am. The inspector was thorough and quick as I had to leave for work within the hour. The inspection form was completed with in 2 hours of the inspector leaving my house. Respectful and stright to the point is the best way to sum up this company.

The team was very helpful from start. When David arrived for the inspection of the home. He described what he will be looking for and informed me of the type of services they offered. He even found a issue in the attic of not enough insulation. In which I told the rental company. O.Z. who is the exterminator who is responsible for the home was also very detailed on the chemicals he will be using to protect the home from insects. I had a problem over the weekend and called in a bit of a panic trying to get some help with a pest problem. Travis responded right away and was able to quickly identify the source. Travis has done work for me previously in adding shielding at the roofline/gutters and installing and checking traps. He is an exceptional Wildlife Specialist. The technician was great. There was some complications with scheduling. The first time they forgot to let the technician know he would need a bee suit so had to reschedule. It was rescheduled between 8 and 10, but it was changed to 11:30 and had to call to find out what the hold up was.
