Tim was initially great. I had him fix my 2 main systems a few times and even had him replace the coils in one of my units. Then I had him install a mini split system in my basement last year. It stopped working a few times then would randomly start working. I finally quit for good a month ago and he will not return any voicemails or text messages over the last month. Now I am having to pay another contractor $1,500 to fix this system that is barely 1 year old.

Tim has unfortunately had to rescue me a couple of times this summer with two different a/c units. Every time, he has responded quickly (even came out on Labor Day) and repaired my units quickly as well. Honest and kind man!

Tim provided EXCELLENT service and replaced two of our AC units that had leaks. He is fair, honest and provides outstanding customer service! I highly recommend him for all of your heat/AC needs!!

If you are needing air or heating needs, I would look no further. He came recommended by a friend. We had a leak in one unit (which happened to have been replaced a few years back by another company) and promptly took care of it and then looked at our other unit which is quite old. Instead of talking me into replacing it, which Is what I was prepared to do, he recommended me getting more time out of it since it was operating ok and had sufficient pressure. Very fair and honest!! I will not use any one else and highly recommend Tim. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Tim had just installed a brand new Bradford and White water heater for us April 2019. Some odd reason it stopped heating. I called Tim and he did not hesitate. Came right out, troubleshoot the water heater and it was determined the heater was bad. He got me another one the same day covered under warranty. Install and hot water. Thanks a million TLC and Tim. The best in class service!

Tim from TLC Heating & Cooling was referred to us. We’re very happy with the service he provided. He was professional and knowledgeable. He helped us made the most of our ancient heater/furnace. We called other companies out to check our unit before and they gave us faulty information which could have cost us a lot of money, money we don’t have. His price was very reasonable and we got the most for our money. We can’t thanks him enough. We look forward to have him again when our furnace act up again!

Tim was AWESOME! He came out on short notice on a weekend and quickly diagnosed the issue with my older a/c unit, explained everything fully, and repaired it quickly. Great service and great guy. Would highly recommend and use again!

I spoke with Tim and he seemed like a good guy. He said he was coming no problem and would take care of my system. After several calls with no answer or response when he didnt show, his answer was to hang up on me when i finally called from another number. Poor ability to follow thru with his promises is bad for customers.
