We have been using Al’s Rubbish trash pick up on a weekly basis for the past year and a half. They are efficient with great customer service and affordable pricing. I recommend Al’s Rubbish to others!

Forgot to put the trash out with the holiday. Sent an email and immediately got a reply kindly stating they would pick it up today en route to Webster. Sorry for our forgetfulness but Thankyou for you’re service!!

I run Regatta Point Community Sailing and needed a dumpster. Als does my weekly trash too. I spoke to the owner and scheduled a dumpster to be delivered over the weekend. Al and his team were professional and on time.I highly recommend them for their service, professionalism and their kindness to the Sutton/Millbury community.

Al (the owner) is not the slightest bit personable. He acts as though he is the only garbage removal/dumpster place around. He talks to you as if he has better things to do than take your garbage. I wouldn’t even recommend my garbage to him.

You have to call Al’s Rubbish and container services !! I called him at the last minute on a Thursday because we were closing on house Friday morning and needed some heavy junk removed at the last second, he had a dumpster at my house within an hour and gone first thing Friday in time for our 10am closing. He completely saved me and his prices were unbeatable!! We so highly recommend Al’s Rubbish and he will always be our first call!!Thanks again for saving us !!

Al’s Rubbish Co was a gem! I called for a dumpster, and delivery was prompt. The driver was helpful in recommendation of placemat. Also, I requested for an early morning pickup so the dumpster would not be in pictures. Al’s Rubbish arrived promptly that morning to fulfill my ask. Great service and professional! Excellent team here with Tremendous talent. The owner AL actually cares about customers unlike some of the larger national waste haulers. they make it so easy and down to earth Affordable when ever I need a container. I highly recommend them.

Great service from these guys! Called in the evening last minute and they delivered my container the next morning nice and early and on the weekend. I would reccomend and use them again for sure.

Just called today and rudest man name Al stated that they were not taking any new customers! They had all they could handle... glad business is so good for them that they can be so rude on the phone, better hope business stays good buddy. YOU wont catch any new customers with that demeanor. Jeeeeeesh!

We moved into Webster June 2018 and our service with an existing corporate refuse company had transferred to our new address. Our bins at our previous address were not picked up for 2+ months and numerous calls. We stayed with them out of convenience. After missed weeks, fee hikes, we could not justify using them any longer. People on FB were raving about Als. I called and got Marnie on the phone. WOW, what a breath of fresh air she was. Answered my questions, sent me the email she promised in minutes, and had us set up for new service at a fraction of the cost in less than a half hour. THATS SERVICE! Bins were dropped off as expected by a sweet driver and sure enough, stellar/prompt service from our new driver since that first pick up. So happy we made the change. Thanks, ALs

Why are you wasting my time I put 1 star because I cant put 0. I called them to ask what they are willing to accept as rubish . The guy who answered the phone said any household trash, I asked him if I could throw away metal because iam trying to remove an above ground pool . The guy asked who my current service is which I responded I dont know because my mother owns the house . I went back to trying to explain to him why Im calling, he asked me if I was one of his customers. When I responded with no he said why are you wasting my time and hung up on me . Awful costumer service .

Called this morning to start service with them. Great phone manners, very responsive. Rates beat two other companies I had used before, but quit using due to bad customer service. Within hours my trash bin arrived! Highly recommended!
