Linda, was a great host and so helpful for us new RVers. A great campsite with docks and access to water so bring rods or boats! What a beautiful quiet spot.

Love this family owned lake/campsite. They have kayaks, boats and more to rent, RV hookups, clean bathroom/washroom.Located on a small lake but well maintained and a wooden raft bolted down so you can swim to it and climb up and sit on raft. Theres a small fee per person to use facility and lake and also a small convenience store.

Our family has been coming to Old Holbrook Place for 10 years now. Its a family campground with its own beach 🌴, a platform in the water to swim out to and have fun, grass area for outdoor sports, and grills set up all around to enjoy some outdoor grilling. Bring your RV and spend the day, night or week.Onsite there is a mini store for kids to enjoy assorted candies. Bathhouses are always cleaned and equipped with changing rooms, toilets and sinks.Bring a good attitude and your fun - Old Holbrook Place has the rest!

We stayed here for a few days unexpectedly after a horrible experience at another campground. The owner is more than accommodating and the place is spectacular. I wish we could have stayed longer. We had awesome neighbors at our site. The kids had a blast playing football outside. The lake was beautiful. The owner amazingly takes care of the place by herself and does a wonderful job. The bathrooms were very clean and showers were private. We could not have asked for more. We are grateful that we were able to stay here.

I just called this location to inquire about the accommodations & booking because their website barely list any information. The woman i spoke with kept redirecting me to contact other campgrounds in MA, when I tried inquire about booking 3 nights with Old Holbrook specifically, she caught me off to say Gotta Go Bye! and hung up on me! I dont understand? if they arent taking any bookings for whatever reason, she could have just communicated that, instead of rudely turning me away.

Enjoyed many weekends at Old Holbrook Place this summer. The owner is wonderful and works hard to keep the place clean. She really loves this place and wants everyone to enjoy tbeir stay. Great quiet campground on Lake with many waterfront sites and spectacular views. We just love this place!!! Cant wait to make many more memories next year. Thanks LN for a fabulous summer :)

Very small, but generally not overly busy. Great for small kids with the shallow swimming area. Campsites and bathrooms are clean, the people are friendly and overall great for a lower key, family friendly, relaxing times.

Weve been camping at Old Holbrook for 9 years now. Picturesque, peaceful, clean, all around spectacular campground. Friendly, very hard working, available owner who obviously takes great pride in her property and the environment. We look forward to each and every trip there every summer. Friendly campers, many repeat campers year after year that we look forward to spending time with each summer.

Lovely old school campground. Enjoyed it very much. Peaceful corner of a beautiful lake. Only critique would be the dump station, it is located on a very awkward steep hill. Owner was very accommodating and used an empty full hookup site instead.

A diamond in the rough. If you have never been here before, you will be pleasantly surprised! We happened upon this campground, honestly, by looking for a close place to commute to tufts vet. school while our daughter was attending a camp there. Not even knowing of the surroundings of this beautiful area, we were greeted by a wonderful woman who was so helpful and full of information. We have met so many nice people during our stay here, so great, we will be making this a MUST for our family every year from now on!

This is a wonderful, quiet, family centered campground right on Manchaug Pond with a great swimming area, docks for many campsites that are right on the water, a boat ramp, etc. Its all about the lake - there are no pinball machines or bingo nights - its a well run, clean, friendly campground. Love it!

So welcoming. Beautiful location on the lake/pond.

Waterfront sites, crystal clear lake, kid-friendly, low-key camping. Close to Purgatory Chasm and Douglas state park. This was our third week here over the last 2 years, and well be back next year.

Ive been attending Holbrook for 20 years now since the age of 5.The beach is always clean and its always so peaceful.I now take my son, my whole family loves Holbrook!

Old Holbrook is a wonderful place to camp or an awesome day trip to swim and picnic.

I grew up at Holbrooks. Its a great place to bring family and friends for a day, or to camp with for a weekend. Holbrooks is the place to be.

My experience spans over 55 years. Todays experience only reinforces why I (we) keep goingthere as Day Picnicers. We brought our childrens children there today and as in the past we werereminded of what a family (generationly) friendly place it is.
