Great family owned business with top quality meats. I have never had anything but top notch customer service from the workers and is the best place to get chorizo, smoked turkeys for the holidays and pepperoni sticks for the road. I don’t know how anybody could think otherwise. 10/10.

They (she) Blayne? EXTREMELY rude individual, who does NOT honor quoted prices to customers. The more I talk to the locals in this town, everyone seems to agree, and not patronize this establishment. From what I’ve heard and experienced, they won’t be in business much longer....sad...could have been a good place for meat....

This is the absolute best place to buy meat in town. Good honest hardworking people that know everything about the quality of fresh, and smoked meats. Go get yourselves some bbq for your next party because its sure to be a grand slam!

Smoked chicken, tri-tip, and ribs are to die for. Yummy marinated meats and the meats stick are AMAZING!!! Such a wonderful family owned and operated small business. Go show them some support.

We had the opportunity to eat some of their smoked Turkey for Thanksgiving and it was excellent. Best turkey well prepared and moist. Definately going to stop by and check out their other products. Very good products.

Their jalapeno and cheese sausage was the absolute best sausage Ive ever had and it was pretty cheap.

Was on a road trip and stopped for some jerky. They have great jerky and their smoked jalapeno and cheddar beef stick is really really good! Stop here if you need jerky while in susanville.
