The owner, John, is a saint! I had over 3 quarts of oil too much & a Walmart employee sent me to Carlsons. They had uggs fixed up & back on the road in no time & charged me Very, VERY reasonably & they even put the trailer back on the hitch for me. Horrible customer service. Just sat here at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come out of the bank to help only to be told they arent doing oil changes today because the boss decided to go to a car show.

The tires I got I felt were old cracky and hard. Wait they were pulled studs and sold as summer tire. Hmm.

Wouldnt hurt to have my upper ball joint check and dont they dont know how to check ball joints so therefore they suck

While on a rv trip and being 2,000 miles from home I woke up to find one of my brand new tire was very low in pressure. I called Carlson’s to see if they would look at it. They told me to stop by so I very carefully went there. They got to it immediately, no wait ! After carefully checking they discovered the rim was cracked. So we swapped out one of my spares rim and it was fine. They didn’t try to sell me a new one or anything! Probably the best experience I have ever had with a tire shop! Wish they were closer to my home, I will tell all my rv buddies to get tires and service there when in the area!

Great place to do business. Tires are cheaper than Les Schwab but Carlsons will charge you for some things that are part of the service at Schwab. So it comes down to who you like. Schwab will pro rate tires, Carlsons doesnt. I was going to check Schwab first but they appeared closed so I went to Carlsons who I bought the existing set from to have a leaking tire fixed. It couldnt be repaired due to sidewall damage while cutting wood. Since I was down to 1/3 tread, I opted to replace all 4.Good people at both locations.

I needed new tires after shredding one tire on a gravel road. The other three tires were also nearly out of tread. Carlsons had several choices in stock to fit my Subaru, and gave good advice on tire selection. Price was fair. I was out and continuing my road trip with four new tires in under one hour.

I have had these guys bail me out time and time again!i found these guys after my wife called me when she went to les swab to have a tire fixed that she purchased at les swab and les swab told her she needed a new tire..we had just purchased the tires at les swab and it was flat. they said that whoever put the tire on tore the bead..IT WAS THEM LES SWAB it was there tires thier mechanic and they mounted them..so i told my wife to give me the phone and i told les swab to leave my car alone..i took the tire over to John at Carlsons tire pros he told me this happens all the time and there was nothing wrong with my tire..i have taken all my vehicles to them for years with just steller performance from them with Honest prices and great Deals on tires and Brakes, Shocks, Alighnments Oil changes the list goes on and on..very friendly and personable,,nothing but the best! People you can Trust!!!

We stopped into Carlsons for an alignment midway through an interstate trip. My husband and a friend had just replaced the struts on the car and we wanted to be sure it was all set before logging a ton more miles. Even though it was late in the day, they happily agreed to work on the car, for a reasonable price. We dropped the car off and did some shopping. When we got back, they said that it was still in great alignment, so they charged us nothing. The car is driving straight and we much appreciated the honesty!

Fixed my flat for free during troubled times....very kind people!

Told employee what size tires I needed.... Based on what was on before hand... I only looked at the rear tire though. Gave him the size. Less than a month later my tire blew on my way home from Oroville. The front tires were apparently a different size ... And had been rubbing on side walk all month. Tires were down to metal.

I got a an alignment done here they got me right in I didnt have an appointment. And they were very nice to me thank you.

After a HORRIBLE experience with an employee at Les Schwab who tried to gouge me on tires I needed in order to get to my moms funeral, I came to Carlsons. The employees are friendly, and dont try to sell me stuff I dont need and cant afford. They are always willing to go the extra mile.
