As a teacher, and a parent, I struggled to help my own child, when she was having difficulties in Math. Since I was Mom, she wasn’t really thrilled with having me try to pull double duty, and be her teacher too. I credit Kumon of Surprise with helping to build her confidence, and make her a multiplication super star! Their linear, approach, rather than spiral (like schools pretty much have to use), is exactly what she needed. Kumon doesn’t move on, until the child is ready. They can’t get left behind. It’s early as my 6.5 year old has only been in the program for 2 months, for reading only. However, in that short period of time I, as well as his elementary school teacher, have noticed a change in confidence in reading, and grades are just starting to match! I’m glad I made the choice to enroll him in Kumon, as it is always heartbreaking to see your little one struggling. No more homework tears!

My granddaughter has made such leaps and bounds growth in Math. She has been at Kumon Surprise for 3 years. We plan to keep her in their program as long as we possibly can. I recommend Kumon Surprise to anyone who has children that struggle in Math.

SAFETY CONCERN: We decided to enroll my 4yr old son to this Kumon Center. Since school is closed due to COVID, we thought it would be a good opportunity for him to keep up with Math & Reading. He was doing great for the first 2 visits. On the third visit we decided to leave him at the center and come back and pick him up (instead of waiting for him in the car). We got to the center and he was completely ALONE in the front lobby. No one was watching him, they didn’t even know he was there by himself. He could have easily wandered off, gotten taken, or gotten ran over, etc. Thank goodness he stayed and waited for us to pick him up. Needless to say we are livid! We decided to terminate our contract and ask for our months refund back. The center apologized and offered a free month. Even with the free month, we would not be sending our child back

My 7 year old son was struggling with reading and I was looking for something that could help him improve. I decided to give Kumon a try and Im so glad I did! After just six months in the program he has made significant improvements in his reading ability and it shows in his confidence and test scores at school. His school teacher was so impressed with his progress! Its also helped his work skills. He always had a hard time focusing both at school and home, but he is improving due to the consistent practice he gets from Kumon. After seeing the success with reading I decided to add math and also signed up my 4 year old to get a jump start on her reading and math before kindergarten. She loves it!The staff at the center are great, the kids look forward to going. Ms. Maria is so great with the kids and keeps the parents informed about their progress and goals in the program. This is definitely a great investment in my kids future! Excited to see the progress they make in the next year. :)

Wonderful! Highly recommend!! Ms. Morgan truly cares about all her kids! She calls to check on my daughter when she misses a day. She keeps me very informed about all her progress! Love it!

My son is in his second year of Kumon for math. It’s a love hate relationship for him. He loves being fast at math but not doing work on the weekends. As parents we are 100% onboard! Not only has this program helped with acedemics but also his work ethic in the classroom! It must also be said that Mrs Maria is simply amazing and we know she is just as invested in our sons success!

Kumon is the best investment we have ever done to our kids . Both my son & daughter attending kumon in surprise . Weve already noticed an improvement .Highly recommended.
