Having dealt with Nicole on a past transaction with a previous company I was incredibly impressed with her professionalism, fairness, and commitment to getting the job done. I decided I wanted her to be my agent.This ended up being a great decision, on top that f the above mentioned qualities I was also privileged to experience a level of genuine caring, diligence, and warmth as an overall person that exceeded someone just doing a 9-5. Nicole is amazing!We were first time home buyers. I was especially scared of the whole process! She held my hand and made sure we got the best deal. I have purchased 4 Homes in my life. Never have I seen a Realestate Agent get down and dirty Means she reminded me of a home inspector, checked out things that most purchaser won’t think about. Showed the pros and cons of our purchase made recommendations and ideas being what is need for us to have a smooth worth while purchase. Not an agent that takes u to a purchase and no matter what would tell u anything just to make a sale and commission. She is definite an agent for her purchaser straight forward no lies or BS

I would give Nicole 6 stars if I could. Nicole helped us purchase a home in AZ last year when we were still living in OH. She turned what should have been an anxiety-ridden nightmare of an experience into a breezy stress-free purchase. She stayed in constant contact with us through calls and text (She is a texting ninja!) and always seemed to be 2 steps ahead of our needs/questions/concerns. We finally met her in person when we drove into the driveway of our new home after 3 days on the road from OH. She was waiting for us with big smiles, big hugs, and a big red bow on the door of our new home. This incredible person then proceeded to walk us through the local quirks of getting our utilities activated, walked with us through the neighborhood, and set up a play date for our 5 year old daughter to get to know her daughter. She set realistic expectations for the neighborhood sales cycle and then proceeded to exceed our expectations by 30 days. She is simply amazing!
