I always wondered if the reviews were people the company knew and got them to say something nice to established business. Well for my first review ever! I just want to say this company is GREAT! We needed a termite Inspection. I called yesterday morning spoke with Kyle and he told me what we needed to do. And the same day he came out inspected found a small area that needed to be treated before he could give approval and today he came out and treated the area. They give an hour window and respond when they are on the way. I wish all companies worked like this. The lender paid the inspection and he quoted the total price of treating the area. And took the amount of inspection off! When he could have charged us full price. We Will use Deal Pest Control LLC again! And Highly Recommend them. Thank you Kyle

A+ for integrity and professionalism. Kyle was able to come and do a termite inspection the day after I called him to make an appointment. He wore a facemask due to Covid, which I appreciate as a precaution. I saved one of the bugs for him to look at, and he confirmed it definitely was NOT a termite. It was some other type of fly that looks similar. He took the time to educate me on the types of warning signs to look for, but based on his inspection of our foundation he confirmed we dont have any tubes and therefore did not recommend any treatment for us at this time. I appreciate his honesty in a situation where he easily could have tried to sell me a product. Will definitely keep in mind for any future needs.

Taj was prompt and did an excellent job of spraying the entire yard. We have two dogs and she said to keep the dogs in until it was totally dry, which I appreciated. She reminded me more than once that if we saw any weeds within a six-month period to be sure to call them and they would come back and retouch. I also use them for insect control.

Not sure about a deal, treatment was incredibly expensive. I would suggest any reasonable person to do their research on available options. It just so happened in this case that none of the other pest services like answering the phone therefore I assume they don’t like to get paid. I don’t play with insect infestations so I needed a bug guy stat!
