2knucklesports mma academy is one the top gyms in AZ, the fact that this dojo has multiple high level instructors to train their classes. The environment of this gym is phenomenal. The positivity of this gym really effects fighters and does play a role in you’re own style. The fight team sets up outstanding camps before fights just to reach you’re own truth potential. Ive been wanting to do this for a little while now, but time seems to get away from me most days. About three months ago, my husband and I decided to visit a gym. With everything going on in the world, I really wanted to learn some self-defense. The first day, they took us in and made us feel, not only welcome, but valued. Every day since, they have made us feel like a part of the family. You see, anyone can take your money, but not everyone will invest in you the way you invest in them. While I am far from where I want to be, I am excited for the journey. I just wanted to take some time to thank the 2 Knuckle Sports team for everything. We are absolutely blessed to have found 2KS, since our first tour my son was hooked. He has grown leaps and bounds. His confidence, flexibility and coordination are better than they’ve ever been. The instructors ALWAYS take time out of their busy days to answer questions and review lessons. The amount of patience and support can NOT be bought. You start out as a customer and quickly you become family!

This place is so amazing! I highly recommend 2KS for Kids and adults alike. Their incredibly skilled instructors, coaches and support staff are second to none! I signed up for a 6 week get fit challenge over a year ago and have never left. They have helped me lose 60lbs and counting and have helped me find exercise that I love. The atmosphere they create within the 2KS community is supportive and caring and offers encouragement and accountability to all members. They are always doing fun events for the kids and what my son is learning in Nikodokai has helped him immensely in school already and he’s only been attending for a little over a month. Wild Horses couldn’t drag me away from this place. They are truly the BEST!

Family ran business, great family atmosphere, and from what I can tell from my short time here, great people with a lot of talent that can teach many things for all walks of life.

2Knuckles is amazing. My son started here in November and loves it. Shortly after my daughter got involved and she is equally excited about. Now I am taking classes. The staff is amazing. The culture is family centric and inviting. Definitely worth checking out.

My wife and I joined the 6 week fitness challenge at 2 knuckle sports as a way to get into better shape. With the meal plan and the fitness program provided, it did just that. We worked hard, ate right and got fit. Glen and their whole team or trainers work you hard and care about your progress and goals. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to make the change!

I have known Hanshi for many years. My children and I both studied under him for many years. He is an amazing person and instructor. I would recommend his teachings to everyone. I think its time for him to train a 3rd generation of Johnsons.

Ive been a member here for over 4 years now. When I started I hovered between 205-215lbs. Now I rarely get above 185 even during the holiday season. A perfect place for family oriented people who want a village atmosphere and support for a healthy lifestyle.

I took my daughter here a couple weeks before Christmas. Did the free trial to see if she would like it. She was shy and not really into sports. She LOVED it! Within 2 weeks I seen a total change in her self confidence. So much that I did a year membership. Then as I watched her I decided maybe I should make better choices in my life. Started to exercise and lost about 10 lbs and decided to try the 6 week Fitness Challenge. This changed my life! I have lost almost 30 lbs in 5 weeks. I cant say enough about the family this place creates!

I signed my Daughter up, and weve been here for a little over a year now. It has been better than we ever could have imagined for our family. At first, I was hesitant to sign up. Ive heard of a lot of bad experiences with karate facilities throughout the valley. After passing by here on a daily basis, we decided to give it a try.Immediately, we felt very comfortable. My Daughter really enjoyed the classes and I thoroughly enjoyed the way the facility was run. I could tell the people there were very genuine and cared about the families. After a few months, I signed up my youngest Daughter. Now, my Husband and I attend class as well.Our life has been changed for the better and we truly feel that the dojo is our extended family. Ive seen confidence and strength increase in my children, and changes with my Husband and I as well. We couldnt be happier.

Love this place, they really teach a variety of techniques that can help the kids to gain great skills. The teachers are excellent with a lot of knowledge. Highly recommend it!

Best experience EVER!! The instructors and family atmosphere is what makes this place the best in the Valley. The instructors are willinh to accommodate if you have an injury and cant do certain exercises. I drove 30 miles to do the FITNESS Challenge. So thankful I now live here

Love this place and the atmosphere here! I feel very comfortable and love to workout everyday! Its a great place to release energy, work hard and learn new skills. I love the discipline, self defense they teach my little boy!

Its a super fun place, amazing people.The challenge classes are perfect for dropping weight. The variety is amazing. They have pro fighters training you in kick boxing also jujitsu by a real pro.

2KS is our home away from home. Hanschi is awesome as is Shihan, Senseis and Senpais. They all truly live and practice family values and pass their passion of the martial arts onto the kids.

I love the atmosphere and the family oriented setting. The instructors are very friendly and will answer any questions and demonstrate various teqniqes to ensure your questions are answered in full. I injured myself and could not come to class for a while. Not only did the owner but also the instructors call and sent text messages asking about my recovery through out my healing process. I should also mention that both of my children attend the childrens classes and after every session I am being informed on how they are progressing etc.It is very important to me to teach, guide and develop my childrens young mind in a positive direction and help them understand the importance of self discipline, confidence and respect for others. This is one of their foundations so no better Village, as 2Knuckles calls it, to be part of for my kids and I. It really does feel like family here. OSS!

My children attended this facility for about a month and then money got tight due to unexpected expenses. We then spoke to a lady about not pulling money from our account for the next month and to please wait until we called them and gave the okay. The women said it would fine to just give them a call when our boys would be attending classes again. Well they did not wait and instead of charging us they charged my sister in law who was sponsoring one of my boys for the one month and they knew that her card was only to be charged once. When I called i got a lot of attitude from a man. These people obviously have no communication. Then they sent through a text without warning containing all of our credit card info (number, expiration and ccv number) and all address information. This is not the proper way to conduct a business. Even trying to explain it is the wrong card they charged and the situation the man would not let me speak or even offer to fix the situation. Needless to say my children will not be returning.

I walked in to try something new, gain strength, and feel better. After finishing a six week challenge I loved it so much I joined as a member.

Very family oriented and founded. This is the place to go for families with kids that need something to put everyone on common ground. Kids are mentored in making positive choices in life. The health benifits of the dojo are immeasurable. Even if you dont have kids this is the place to be. Once you join this family you are a part of something so huge and wonderful.

I took my boys here to see if they would like it. I enrolled them both the next day. This is not just another MMA club, this is a new part of your (soon to be) family. The staff as well as the other parents make this the most enjoyable, comfortable, friendly and safe environment your children will ever train in. Awesome place to bring your kids to learn defense and discipline

Walked in, asked about jiujitsu. Wanted to meet the instructor, shook his hand then dude walked away with no words exchanged. I was then left to talk to a dude with glasses who was real pushy and wanted me to give him an exact day to try out a class, I dont like doing that because it defeats the purpose of seeing how they really behave. The dude in glasses asked me to fill out a waiver, I said can i take it with me he said no and to do it now...i was like this guy is a clown. In not new to bjj and was treated as such. The bjj instructor was rude also. No thanks. Dont want to learn hokidoki poki or whatever you guys do.

These people are very deceitful. When doing their free tryout they were told not to charge our card and they did it anyways. We thought that the membership was cancelled but they never told us that we had to sign a 30 day notice. After 3 months they started charging our card again and charged us 3 times in less than 30 days. After going in for over a week trying to get it fixed they still didnt tell us we needed to sign the 30 day notice. VERY DECEITFUL!!! Maybe a good club but its not worth dealing with people that are liars and scammers.

Finally a TRUE Dojo for real practical application of the arts. Combat Sports style and NIKIDOKAI is the key to truly mastering the art of Self Defence and true Dicipline. Im extremely happy to have this opportunity of a lifetime. You want to learn from the best, and this is the place to be!

We started here in the beginning of the year and we have found a home. My daughter Michaela loves her dojo and has become so disciplined in herself. It has become a positive influence in her school life and other sports as well. She’s evolving into a strong person mentally and physically. We can’t wait to see her progression.
