I recently worked with Suzanne Langford and team and I couldnt have been more pleased. Their communication, professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. We closed on time and with ease which made my client very happy! I would highly recommend this team to handle all your Title needs!
My go to for all my clients! I have used them many times in the last two years and have had zero issues! The Branch Manager Suzanne Langford has done amazing work. Some of my clients have been half way around the world and she was able to get the documents signed and returned without any issues...on multiple occasions! Wouldnt trust anybody else!
I have been using Great American title for many years. Every transaction has always been a GREAT experience. The staff, escrow officers and especially Suzanne Langford are always professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond!!!
My sellers and myself were and still are very disappointed with this specific branch. The escrow officer we worked with was Katie Bisenius. Everything was fine until the recording happened. Initially 1 week prior to close our sellers went to this branch office to meet with Katie and sign their closing documents. We also attended the closing. Katie went over the settlement statement line by line with our sellers, nothing was skipped. At the bottom of the line was the net proceeds the seller would receive. Everything appeared to be fine and we all left. When the property closed Katie sent myself and the seller the final settlement statement. This was on a Friday. I was alerted by my seller Saturday evening that his proceeds were aprox $1,500 short. I pulled the settlement statement I had received a week prior and compared it with the final settlement statement. There definitely was a discrepancy. That discrepancy was on the preliminary settlement statement, the one Katie went line by line with our seller on, she completely missed the line that had no dollar amount for their ALTA title insurance and her escrow fee. I find it very difficult to understand how you can miss disclosing your own title and escrow fees on a settlement statement she provided to the seller during signing. Obviously our seller is upset because that is money he signed for stating he would be receiving. We called Katie and she said ya I missed that but he does owe it so theres nothing we can do and it is a preliminary statement meaning fees can change. We let her know the seller was not happy and he would be calling her. I also told her I understand he has to pay that ALTA title insurance but that escrow fee, that she has already received from the buyer, should be waived and we expect her to make this situation right with our seller. Of course the seller called and they did nothing for him. He went as high up the chain as he could. He emailed 2 executives and received $100 for his time. I truly feel if I was a regular customer of Katies, meaning she was my main escrow officer, she wouldve done everything possible to make our mutual client happy but this was not the case. I would never recommend this branch to any buyers or sellers and have let several of my Realtor peers and office manager know about this lack of customer service.
