Their team was always prompt in communication, clear and followed through with great attention to detail from start to finish. Jamie was exceptionally helpful and reliable. I could not be happier and highly recommend them to take care of your funeral arrangements.

Karle helped us with all of the arrangements of getting my father back to our home state for his funeral and burial. She took care of all the paperwork, flight arrangements and making sure he looked peacefully at rest in his military uniform. She was easy to talk to and had an incredibly warm and reassuring way about her, that you just knew you were in good hands. I would highly recommend Simply Cremation and Funeral Arrangements.

The staff seems nice here. The Surprise location was not where the funeral service is held. The office is nice, but they send you to Goodyear to an old dated place. Ive been to a ton of funerals in my life and this was the worst dated place. I will not recommend having any funeral services with them if you are expecting a crowd, like a updated place, prefer actual walking room inside, want to feel not rushed and etc.My family was told they had three hours for the funeral. It was rushed. The eulogy was 35 minutes long and then people filtered out 20 minutes later while the hosts told us our time was over. Even though they said 3 hours in the beginning, we had to tell people not to come and pay their respects due to this time constraint. Before people were all gone, I asked how much time we had left and the host said we were done. Thats when I made calls.If you plan to buy memorial cards through them, they print the one side facing up, but when you switch it over...the other side is upside down. Youre spending about $2 per card. My family complained and they said this was how they did the cards. I have never seen any cards in my time at funerals that did this. No refund, but they want to give us a few so we can be happy. We have a big family, and thats why we bought a lot more than a few.When we complained, the staff apologized for the mistake and said they would replace them. But then we hear from the lady that signed us up. Karlie...or Karly? She says it is normal. Weird how two different things were said to us. Either way, do yourself a favor and drive down to the goodyear place to see this dated place before putting down a deposit. In this experience alone, I cannot recommend this place to any friends. Some places dont nickel and dime you...while others have no issue with it. Yes, you lost a loved one...but remember that this is business to them and others. It seems places like these grow calloused to your actual feelings. Good luck

Karle and staff at Simply Cremations in Surprise Arizona were so kind and compassionate and helpful when my husbands sister passed recently. Simply Cremation was great. They were extremely helpful in taking care of our Cremation needs. My Mother and I felt the Staff was very nice and sympathetic to our needs. We didnt feel taken advantage at all during our experience, they didnt push any unneeded or unwanted services on us, and they explained the process that we needed to go through very thoroughly.Overall, in our time of grief, they were incredibly helpful to my Mother and myself.

During this time Simply Cremation provided a rapid and efficient service. The efficient and responsible manner in which they conducted themselves, at a time that we had no idea what was to happen certainly helped us get through this difficult time.

We loved working with the staff at Simply Cremation.The chapel was just the right size for a smaller service and everthing went smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful when we decided to divide up my husbands ashes. I was able to buy a lovely little urn last minute with no pressure on which one I should pick. They also found the perfect Pastor who did a wonderful job even though he had never met Bob personally. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a cremation and service in their area.

I guess its ok if you like doing your services at a Taco Bell. Thats what it reminded me of. Not a funeral home, just a store front, like a circle K or a vape store. Disapointing to say the least.

The compassion they showed my family and the dignity in which they spoke of our mom was amazing. The process was simple and efficient which is so important under the circumstances- I would recommend 100%.

They were very helpful during a difficult time. The paperwork of the process was fairly straightforward and the price was fair with no unexpected add on charges.
