Vets should know that this company ONLY helps with increases to existing specific disabilities and appeals. NO NEW CLAIMS PERIOD! They are not licensed to submit new claims. For example, if you have a NEW migraine claim, they cannot help you. If you have a new back claim, they cant help you. They can only help with appeals and existing claims that you are already have.Theres much better companies out there that will get your NEW claim finished and through the system in less than 4 months. Just my opinion but AVOID THIS COMPANY if you have a new claim, they are not allowed by law to help you.

I have been getting the run around from the VA and multiple VSOs, like all other vets. Then I met with VetLink Solutions at the end of March 2021 at a Stand Down I was working at for homeless vets they were the last ones to leave the event being that they drove 3.5 hours out of their way to come and try and help out any Veterans willing to listen. I put my name and number down on a paper and they called me the next day and we started the process from there. SUPER EASY AND SIMPLE!!! Here on July 2nd I received a call after their scope of work hours from Christopher Zangara saying congratulations VA came back and rated you at 100%. I said thank you do you happen to know if I can get better care now for all these health problems I am concerned about and he went over all that with me as well. If you are reading this review and wondering if you should give them a call yes do so now. Even if nothing comes out of it which I doubt you wont find another team to help you and care more about your claim than VetLink Solutions.

I highly recommend these guys. They were fast responsive & went above and beyond advocating for 3rd party agencies to stop solicitations & hoops placed on vets that choose to have a private doctor and my case was resolved within days after calling them about all the unwanted phone calls.

VetLink Solutions got my disability rating raised from 30% to 90%, walking me through every step of the process. I couldnt be happier with the service they provided!

They can and will help if possible.

They give you all the tools to complete the process it is up to you to decide whether you are going to submit ultimately into making changes in your life they can only give you some Direction but usually theyre direction is wise

After years of fighting with the VA over lost records and not enough adequate documentation my husband finally received a minuscule rating. He served 10yrs as 11B (Infantry) in the ARMY. His hearing, his back & his knees are destroyed let alone any mental or emotional disability and the rating they gave him was joke, it felt like a slap in the face.We found VetLinks by accident, or by design depending on how you see it. We started working with them immediately and within 6mo received back pay and a substantial increase! I cannot day enough about these guys. They know how to cut through the tape and get you what you deserve! The fee was minimal compared to our increase and well worth having someone in your corner who knows what they’re doing! We highly recommend them!

They were able to get this done for me exteremly quick.
